Instead of a gasket on the turbine-to-manifold surfaces, i like to run a small bead of copper rtv on the surface, then hand snug the bolts, let cure for around an hour, then tighten down all the way. Never had a leak. Have even had s300-frame turbos stick/hang off the manifold with no bolts and just the rtv when taking the turbo off after a few heat cycles...
When you get to oil line can you go over the size of the restrictor? Like what diameter it is in relation to a drill bit size. Thanks. Another Awesome Vid!
You can buy a tig rig that will work with that Lincoln stick welder or buy some ss wire for your mig but you will need to use a trimix gas either way keeps the rut away. Keep making them fast.
You could use a soda can as a radiator for these cars and they don’t overheat. I’ve ran downpipes like this on probably a dozen setups like this with no issues. Thanks for the concerns and feedback.
u don't gotta be a Honda guy to see that junks gonna overheat in the summer it aint fuckin rocket science sometimes u guys are so fuckin dumb nd ive built over 100 cars n trucks never assume u know more than somebody u fools
New to the channel, but I laughed at the "gotcha bitch"
Man I know this is old but I thought that car sounds great before the turbo!

Great content, cannot wait to see the end results!
