Taking on Long term debt obligations in this current market is a dangerous game! Hold on to your cash and wait!

Housing prices crashed in 1929, 2008, and next one will be 2078. You are smart!

The Real Estate Bubble in Las Vegas is bursting.😂😂😂 Reminds me of 2008. Way, way overpriced.

Thanks for watching! I can certainly agree that many homes feel overpriced. It would be nice to see both home prices and rates drop.

Vegas is where dreams die and reality begins. Heat, high car insurance, bad health care, bad drivers, homeless people, and crime.

I hear you, and I know Vegas isn't for everyone. Like any city, it has its challenges, but I think it also has a lot of unique opportunities and a community that’s really growing and evolving. It all depends on what you’re looking for and the lifestyle you live. For some, the lifestyle and opportunities here outweigh the downsides, but I totally understand where you're coming from.

All true, but people love Las Vegas, it seems like everybody wants to move to Las Vegas. The schools are the worst in the country.

Worst drinking water in the planet. Recycled water I’m sure medication is still not able to be filtered. It’s become a really crappy place to live.

This desert waste land had people move when everything was at low cost. Today this waste land of a desert is also overpriced and let’s be real the wages in this sorry state are not exactly a dream come true, they are low and stagnant. You have no farms like California so your food is all imported and that costs more. Las Vegas is now just a suburban high end waste land plagued with homeless people everywhere. Worst these dumb city officials have completely blocked themselves in making any drive out a complete nightmare. People have also learned how sorry the state of Nevada really is. Why would anyone would want to block themselves in an already crowded city?

Living in the middle of a desert is not appealing. It’s extremely hot and the water issues are concerning.

We have plenty of water in Las Vegas. Los Angeles gets water from Las Vegas.

Vegas will be the biggest ghost town in the near future. Nobody is waiting on the side lines this old song and dance has been exposed ( 2008) people thought Vegas was the best thing but now that a huge number see’s the big fake illusion they can’t wait to get the fk out ( if people’s wages aren’t even close to pay for mortgage what’s the point of moving or staying there? There’s a big reason why you old abandoned cities in Nevada Las Vegas will be no different ( boom and bust history) do you really think that little river will sustain all the water usage?

People are never outside during the heat you drive by neighborhoods and everything looks lonely and empty. The big luxury homes are always empty that give you the feeling of a soulless paradise like a ghost town. The malls the strip is the only place where people walk but majority aren’t worth talking to. It draws drunks drug addicts and gamblers and wild party goers.

No you won’t the repeated 2008 might have many homes available but no jobs or wages. People have realized how bad Las Vegas really is to live there. The worst laws and car insurance monopoly. I’ll give you that people like to visit and hang out but living there has become stale traffic is always blocked and the widespread housing places people in the middle of nowhere any accident police block off everything and you don’t even get access to your home. The older side of towns are ugly and dirty it’s a big illusion like a desert mirage rich and poor meet but it doesn’t change the fact it’s a waste land for people who love bad habits.
