    → Greenworks 24V Inflator with 2AH battery+2A charger - amzn.to/3t2OGqC
    ----------------------------------------------
The Greenworks 24-Volt inflator comes with multiple adaptors so you can inflate more than just car tires. You have everything needed to inflate, motorcycle tires, bicycle tires, RV items, air mattresses, inflatable boats, sports equipment, and almost anything else.
This unit is portable and capable of handling an emergency. The LED light will help you find everything needed to fix issues at night. The unit will inflate up to 160 PSI, but you need to be mindful of the 10-minute duty cycle.
The Greenworks tire inflator works with a 24-volt rechargeable battery or 12-volt vehicle power outlet.
With the Greenworks portable tire inflator, you don't need to worry about over-inflation. Set desired PSI and the unit will shut off automatically once it is reached. The digital pressure gauge displays the current pressure in 1 PSI increments.
Greenworks provides ‎3-Year Limited Warranty for the inflator.

Great channel, solid info. If the 12v adapter is important then I’d get the dewalt over this one. I like that the cord is stored inside. And it seems the dewalt is faster.

Dewalt is about the same speed but I like some of the connections Dewalt has better.

These compressors are great for topping off parked vehicles that have some air in them. Also when you get low tire pressure light all you need to add some psi to get up to factory specs.

I get that you're not hot in Ryobi tools... However I use the P747 inflator which functions very similar to this one. I love it's form factor... The pressure side hose connection, etc. Like this and all oilless inflators like you say... Duty cycle is important to this and ones like it. Especially summer months and heat.

Ryobi was the company that came out and advertised they could fill your car tires from empty to full. They were responsible for the destruction of many of their own inflators and then did not warranty them. I do not know if the people who marketed that product did not read the instructions or care about duty cycle, but that move left a bad feeling with me. That style of false marketing continued for a long time. The Ryobi is not a bad unit, if used properly.

thanks for talking about duty cycle and sensible use of this thing. The Greenworks 24V universe is bigger than I realized... what tool corporation are they part of?

    • @WorkshopAddict
      @WorkshopAddict  2 ปีที่แล้ว

Greenworks is owned by Globe Group. Very similar situation as Ego and Chervon. "greenworks" is the larger company but the factory makes tools for MANY others. Many Kobalt tools and much of Lowes is made by them, sort of how TTI is to Home Depot.

I use my Milwaukee M12 inflator quite often. If you can Milwaukee's coming out with a M18 inflator soon I would like to see a review on it and a speed test versus the M12 inflator and possibly other inflators too.

I have the DeWalt unit. Hands down the best in the market at the moment. The Milwaukee M12 unit is a close second.

Is there a tool made that you could input a torque value and the tool does the turning to the proper torque? Kinda like what the automotive industry uses.

  • @garyblack7677

Any idea how this compares to the Greenworks 40v inflator? The 40v is actually a bit less expensive on Amazon (for whatever reason).

I do not know, but I have to assume they are very similar other than the voltage of the motor. Do they look the same?

    • @garyblack7677

@@WorkshopAddict Yes, they look very, very similar - including the button and display arrangement on the front.

One reviewer who owns the 40V said that he opened it up--or read the decal--and discovered that its voltage is stepped down to 24V. Or maybe I'm thinking of the 40V fan.

No. No inflator would do that well. Sorry.

Many reviews say you can charge like 2 or 3 tires in one battery charge AND that you can inflate RV Tires (mine are 80psi) and My cars tires are 50psi. I just recieved my unit and it feels like some trash I bought at Five Below so far....Ontop of that it was sold to me as New Unopened, and it looks clearly opened and used. I dunno, I am thinking of returning it.
