The third and fourth dish does not contain flour but breadcrumbs (fine ones, not panko!)… so, flour, eggs, breadcrumbs…. It is called a “Panierstrasse“ - breading lane/street. Also, the secret is NOT to fry it in oil, but in Butterschmalz/cleared butter/ghee!

veal and that enormous ammount of clarified butter is why a good "Wiener Schnitzel" cant be cheap in a restaurant or even at home, but its worth it
Just a little advice. Be very carefull on beating the meat and listening to Rammstein at the same time. It can turn out that your pan is too little after that. ;)

Veal, salt, flour, egg, breadcrumbs. And a lot of clarified butter. That´s it. Simple but incredible.
Last year we visited Vienna for some days to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we went to Meissl & Schadn to have Schnitzel. Delicious! If you ever go to Vienna I recommend to you to make a reservation at this restaurant.

Realisticly speaking when u make schnitzel at home wu wont deep fry it sure ubpit oil in the pan but u dont put thst much in (simply becouse its expensive) and when u flip the schnitlel u just put in another portion for the other side
(i recoment stone instad of teflon its much better) in generel making it at home is ablut making it cheep u probaply will nit buy kalf butt and u probaply wont make schnitzel that big and waste alot off egg by using these big pans 😅 its alabout using the plates and disches u have at home

I guess you mean "Germany´s Standard German" BUT Austria does have a different "Standard German" and so does Switzerland as well.
He actually spoke perfect "Austrian Standard German" but with a slight Viennese accent....would he had spoken "Viennese dialect" (=what you think he did but he didn´t) Lukas (=the vlog guy who is a German) wouldn´t had unsterstood a single word but obviously he understood everything
