I dont know where they get these drivers from but I can honestly say they rank right up there with swift. If their insurance company could see what I've seen these guys doing out on the road they would burn their policy and send them the ashes in the mail.
As a safety/ fleet director for Amazon it’s only a matter of time before Amazon purchases OTR trucks it’s been in talks also the pay is ok but not great for truckers don’t belive the hype trust me I book loads all the time with team freight pays most 1.75 to 2.25 a mile and that’s across all 50 states.
That would hurt alot of foreign drivers because the are use to living under dictatorship and amazon no this that's why there are so many unethical rules they apply in there relay scoring system is trash good luck to anybody who drives amazon linehaul owner operators if you feel I hurt your feelings sorry but amazon is trash

No its only a short nap like 1-2 hours at most and then you gotta leave. Depending the warehouse/fulfillment center you work for. And also after the driver puts in 40-70 hours the company usually gives you 1 day off because they don't want anyone working more hours than the company's recommendation otherwise they'll terminate you.
I read that one of those Amazon drivers got shot at in California, now at first I attributed to the animosity that California lawmakers drummed up towards truck drivers then I thought about their a-hole drivers that like to drive with their high beams and if that’s the case then he brought it upon himself and as they say revenge is best served cold 🥶

I see you pick n drop...what does this pay...I got a call from a recruiter but I'm not believing them..and everyone I knew that worked for Amazon quit..I'm outta South Florida...
if you new you start about 25 per hour after 3 months you start getting raises but if you stay a year with them and build a good relationship with the leadership they will really give you good opportunities like training for the new student which could really bump your weekly checks and make double check compared to the regular truck driver
@@Nikosakii Around here they make $22 - $25 per hour and at 66 hours that's a good paycheck when OT is taken into consideration. I was laughing at the way he said it. It was as if a 10 year old said it. Maybe he is.

Lol 4.00 a mile I doubt as a dispatcher for Amazon the most I’ve seen is 2.75 to 2.24 for a team truck so I think your wrong

Yeah I get it I seen a spike in Maine but my team div is pressed at 2.24 to 2.75 max in philly and Vermont at RDC 365
