It’s always refreshing when ppl can do things God’s way!!! It’s awesome that ur moving closer to the boys school!!! I’m glad that the hospital my husband‘s work is close to where we live!!! We chose not to have a pool due to the fact we can walk to the beach and our local ocean pool is walking difference!!! We have a hot tub tho!!! We probably have 3 acres but I can’t remember the exact amount when I bought the land!!! We bought land that was deemed unbuildable but we built on it!!! We live in a area of the city that is quiet!!! We have to have a separate area for Bumerangs that wildlife are less likely to be close to!!! We left family pictures up when we sold but we where in a area that sells quickly!!!
Wow your location seems amazing! We have a private lake in our neighborhood too but the pool was already here so we'll take that too LOL. The housing market here is pretty aggressive right now so I think it will sell quickly. 🙏🙏

YOU GOT IT! So happy for you! It's so crazy how you are trying to get more suburban and we are trying to get more rural. Finding a home and getting one ready at the same time is a lot of work but so worth it. I hope you guys find exactly what you need. God has got us so it will all work out.
Yes! Super Clean gas come in very handy already. Pat's grill was covered in grease, the spray can cut right through it! We are hoping to still be in a country setting just closer to church and school. There is one town that has a lot of wooded and farm land that feels really similar to here, that's where we are hoping to land! But, no matter, like you said Gods got the plan for both of us ♥️

When we sold our house, we took down all personal stuff. But, that was easy, because to be honest, I don't really put up family photos as much as I used to. Not sure why... If when you take hem down the walls look worse, you may be better off leaving them up. Whatever pre-packing you can do, will be helpful in the long run. We packed up everything that was non-essential and put the plastic bins into our shed. That helped us to know what we wanted to keep and what we wanted to get rid of. We moved so many different times over the years, and we knew this would likely be the last. Hopefully it'll be your last move...because moving stiiiiiiinks.
Thanks for those tips. We've moved a lot too and am truly hopeful this will be the last time.

Y'all have a Beautiful property. Wish y'all the best on the move. Moving is a lot of work. I would take all personal belongings down.

Congrats on a big life decision! Will be hard to leave I’m sure with great stuff on the other side… BUT sooo great to declutter things! Life is so much more important! OH and my parents pool was always BLACK… yours looks awesome!!! I wonder if carz for kidz would take the metal? Good Luck!!! I hope your awesome home provides for your new… remember to put a clause to not sell unless suitable housing found! Hope you will be closer to me selfishly! XO
Thanks! Declutter ( thankfully) hasn't been hard since I generally keep up with that. It's more so making the house look generic lol. Pat has some junk car guy coming to get the old truck and junk! And yes, we put the contingency clause in when we sold our old house too, certainly don't want to be homeless 🤣. We will definitely be closer ❤️
