    Thank you for this!! I have terrible neck n shoulder pain. I know that I run with my arms high n tight and it gets worse the more tired I get. This is very informative!!

    Sweat in neck in combination with a slightly cold breeze is also behind muscle soreness and stiffness. Therefore I always use something to protect my neck against drafts and breezes.

    Nice... I personally never had neck pain from running but I've never thought about the elbow and knuckles placement ... Good info... Thanks

    I’ve just started running and I changed my running style a bit because of neck pain. Never thought the neck pain came from wrong arm swing. I‘ll try it tonight (In Germany) Thank you so much for your help!

    I used to suffer from stiff neck pain, but adjusted my running style & all's good now 👍🏃

    I was always taught to pretend that, like horses racing with blinders on, you have body blinders on, keep your arms inside and from swinging. I usually don't keep that 90 degree angle, so that's something I need to upkeep. I see too many people running with hard clenched fists so your idea with knuckles brushing ribs is a phenomenal tip. I always press my middle finger against my thumb to keep my hands inline. Great video!!

    Thanks for the great tips! I hear if you externally rotate your hands on those tricep dips it’s better for your shoulders. 👍
