2:37:00 I know someone whom was born deaf and have asked them that same question. "What is your internal monologue like? What language is it?" He said. "It's still english, but its an ocean of words, adrift in a rolling fluid of patterns and ideas pouring at me from every direction. Images described in constantly shifting paragraph tides and teeming with pictoral life." It was pretty mind blowing.
The entire point of a game like this is the journey of figuring it all out. Feeling like a genius sometimes, feeling like a dumb ass more often. The rush when you get a new idea after going through all the game logic and it turns out to be the solution. I loooove all of that. After I beat a game like this I then freaking love watching someone else play and go through that same process of figuring things out and witness things dawning on them. People spoiling things and handing out instructions as if the entire point is to roll credits, rob the player and the audience of all of those cool moments. It’s selfish “I’m the main character” energy.
Every time Thor asks "Why is this here? It does nothing." the answer's usually that that game and post-game's beatable without that infinite bubble jumping and he figured out a way to bypass it with the bubble tech. Not to imply that's wrong to do so, the dev's obviously aware of the game's breakability, why else would they have put that bird at the top of the well?
Spoilers below In the post game you get the ability to make multiple bubbles, so the infinite bubble jumping doesn't let you do new things, just lets you do them earlier. As for the bird at the top, there's a flute song to teleport there, so you could get through immediately after picking up the flute if the bird wasn't there.
God when Thor finally thought of M. Disc being the Mock Disc I was so overjoyed. Was able to read his face that moment so easily cause I was thinking "Wasn't the fake disc called a mock disc?" For a couple hours now. Granted I still don't know if I'm right cause, uh I'm still behind but I hope I'm right.
I'm most of the way though the game (i believe - have 3 flames) and didn't know that you could use bubbles like you have been. ive been working with only a single bubble jump at any given time, though had been using my disk way more as my movement tech.
8:00:00 that button is visable on the map if you ever bothered to zoom the map in and actual look at the room you can see the stairs and the button below the water

Love chat spoiling a big mechanic. This is why you can't stream these knowledge type games, people just be people.

Great stream

The Rotten Warrior loot tables: 😶🌫️
God, I can’t wait to play this game. I’ve heard it’s like when Halo 2 meets Halo 3
33mb is crazy
6:35:00 for anyone looking at taking further steps into cybersecurity, selfishly noting this for myself too.
4:10:21 Thor, you missed a chest after getting the slink. Maybe you got it later? I'm just now watching you play.
Don't worry - There's a lot of that in this game, and Thor seems like he's being pretty thorough.
8:00 TAi (Thor Ai) GUI loads
(he was just reading the internet before that and didn't say anything good)
5:27:55 another chest too
How the f*ck does this dude do these clips for SO long!
The amount of times he just cheeses past stuff with the bubble jump lmao it invalidates so many puzzles
