Which here means (100 - BaseProcChance) / 100 Basically, the % chance increase for each point of luck is different depending on the base chance of whatever is being upgraded. Something with a low base chance to proc will get more of an increase per point than something with a high base chance. For example: If something has a 1% chance, each point will increase it's chance by 0.99% so it will reach 100% at 100 luck. Basher has a 25% chance for melee heroes, so each point of luck will increase its chance by 0.75%, still resulting in a 100% chance at 100 luck. PA's ult has a 15% chance (without talent), which means each point will increase the chance by 0.85%.

It would be cool if every next cd reduction from int gave less cd like 1% of remaining cd to 100% . Still keeps the fun of cd in the early but no wtf mode is created in the end. nx = 1-0,99^n n being points spend so n1 = 1%; n10 =9,561%; n50 = 39,499% n100 = 63,396% n300 = 95,0959% Also would move cd to wisdom seemed rather lackluster. Loved watching the mod hope to see more thx.
i like to see this mode more, and for the balancing i guess u need to put max limit so like the 100% chance u cant level it up if u get to 100 and the bonus skill points from leveling up will go to spendable skill points. and the cd reduc wont go pass 90% i guess

very nice idea of a mod! looks fun even tho auto attackers (as in most games/mods in general ...) seem to be a little bit overwhelming x)
