As dirty as it may be...Tomica was operating as a business. Her marrying him on his deathbed put Tomica in the best position financially to care for herself and the kids "she" had with Eazy E. It didn't make sense business wise for her to include all of his children. Eazy had too many, which would've left Tomica broke. Now, when it comes to not paying his artists their royalties...unfortunately that happens often. The bills add up on the back end, so the artists often get cheated on the front end. She is a business woman first. Marriage is also a business contract. Tomica knew she wasn't going broke for anyone. She was able to afford her kids a better education and living environment off of that money.
Tomica is obviously NOT a business woman, or else she wouldn’t have destroyed Ruthless Records’ reputation, fired any advisor who could have assisted her and allowed Eazy’s legacy to fall by the wayside by abandoning the projects he had in the works prior to his passing. If she had followed his instructions and known how to manage money correctly she would have had multiple streams of income and an abundance of money for all of his children to live off of. Eazy was wealthy enough that she could have paid child support ( at least 2,500 a month to each kid) and placed a certain amount of royalties in their trust funds periodically so that her husbands children could have a healthy nest egg by the time they were eighteen. The minute she said “I do”, those babies became hers by marriage and she should have taken care of them as if they were her own. They were all family at the end of the day and she dishonored Eazy’s memory by behaving in a selfish manner and not carrying out his wishes.
