How to use Drive Pacifica Nebulizer?

Drive Pacifica Elite Compressor Nebulizer converts certain inhalable drugs into an aerosol form for inhalation by a patient. Pacifica nebulizer is a workhorse with higher liter flows, shorter treatment times, and quieter operation than similar economy compressor nebulizers.
1. Place the Pacifica Elite Compressor on a table or other flat stable surface. Be sure you can easily reach the controls when seated. Do not use this device on the floor.
2. With the power switch in the O (OFF) position, plug the power cord into an appropriate electrical wall outlet.
3. Connect one end of the tubing to the compressor air-outlet connector.
4. Assemble the nebulizer cup and add indicated medication to the nebulizer cup before use.
5. Attach the other end of the tubing into the air-inlet connector found at the bottom of the nebulizer cup.
6. Turn on the Pacifica Elite Compressor by pressing the power switch to the I (ON) position and begin treatment.

My sister has had one couple of years now but never use it because her asthma stops bothering her but it starts back now. My question is can it still be used?

I am very angry that they do not actually tell you how to put the thing together and use it. They go through what might be the assembly in 2 seconds, and do not include the face mask, or how to add the medication to the medication cup, or which part is the medication cup. The video is close to worthless.

This is without a doubt the worst designed device I’ve ever tried to use. Save yourself the frustration and get a handheld nebulizer
