I understand how to set up using this cup shown but I have another cup that came with my kit that is larger with a small blue lid of some sort. Can you please demonstrate using all cups?
I just hooked my daughter up. It has been over 15 YEARS since I have done this for my youngest daughter. I have used for myself more than foe them. I hooked it up by sheer memory. But things have changed except the basics. I think the number of treatments and the intervals differ from doctor to doctor, case to case. BUT, like breathing thru the mouth, caution about possibility of faster heart beat and also ASAP f/u with physican is vital. I knew a woman in her late 40's would use her nebulizer a lot in the course of a day. As an RN, albeit, a psychiatric nurse clinician, I was alarmed when she said one day that she had to cut down on the nebulizer or else she might actually kill herself with excess use. Well, I walked onto the daycare, where she was a teacher, to pick up my little one and was told by tue director that her young daughter found her dead in the tub and had to call 911. The child was about 4 years old. I cried for days and couldn't stop thinking if she overused that nebulizer.
Thank you for the basic instructions. But with all due respect, I have a couple of suggestions. Make a new video, your bar code doesn't work, and get an RN or respiratory technician to see if you provided all the necessary instructions including what my friend previous comment suggested, that is showing a fugure seated properly, using the machine.
