However, Cognito did it simply in just 5 minutes, explaining everything and make it easier for viewers to understand while Mr. Andersen and Mr. Dave just make it longingly complicated. This video should get more viewers as well as subscribers for this awesome Cognito man.

Hi, the pancreas does both. It secretes hormones like insulin and glucagon into the blood stream (endocrine), but also secretes digestive enzymes into the small intestine (exocrine). Hope that helps!
