How To Calculate Gross Tax Easy Way
In this video i am showing you how to find out gross tax. Gross Tax are really important in business, retail industry , financial industry and even for students, so in this video i make it simple to calculate.
If gross salary is 40000 ,lower rate is 20% and higher rate is 40% and standard rate cut off point is 35300.first we multiply the SRCOP with 20%.
In second step we deduct gross salary with SRCOP.
40000-35300=4700
Then we multiply 4700 with 40%=1880
gross tax=7060+1880
gross tax=8940
