I would like to tell you, even I can do the spin kick, we have a sport called Sepak-Takaw and a lot of Thais, play this since they were young. It's easy to practice because all we want are some spaces, a Net and a ball that's it. A lot of workers play this after work

This sport is called Teqball. Originated in Poland about 12 years ago. Nowadays, it’s becoming the most fastest growing sport in Europe , South America and Asia. I also do believe this should be added to the lists of sports in Olympics. Also if ur really want to see Sepak Takraw live in Thailand, I’m currently living in Thailand and will gladly assist you.

Let me guess, the matches are from years ago? What happened to the Sepak Takraw league? Had like 3 seasons and disappeared. Southeast Asian states put no investment or promotion behind the sport, and so countries like Thailand are focusing on Teqball instead. It's a shame because ST was an entertaining sport but Teqball has drive behind it and is now far bigger and more global.

I think the first feeling when a Sepak Takraw athlete sees Teqball is the same as when a Muay Thai fighter sees K-1 or Kick Boxing
What we do is not additional training. It's about understanding the rules and reducing the practice of techniques that don't work.

But as a Thai person I am proud and grateful that the association sees us as an important part in pushing forward this sport and is willing to share techniques.
