Sepak Takraw has long been a popular sport played in Southeast Asia. Sepak is a Malay language. Takraw in Thai language. In the past, rattan was used to make balls, but when it became a sport that was packed in the SEA Games and Asian Games, it changed to plastic. More than 30 years ago, in every tournament, Thailand and Malaysia will always be competitors who take turns winning and losing to compete for the best of this sport. Until 20 years ago, Malaysia has never beat Thailand.
Nowadays, many Asian countries such as Japan, South Korea are starting to have more interest in this sport. It has set up its own associations and national teams and sent more people to study and study in Thailand. Including Europe and America began to turn to study as well. In this competition, European countries send national teams to compete with them to gain experience. In Thailand and the International Sepak Takraw Association set a goal to push this sport into the Olympics.

Thailand team came from Royal Thai Airforce team.
It's called SEPAK TAKRAW, the ball made frow plastic, there are 3 player, one's for server, and the two most for attacker, you can played at most three strokes at a time. You can not use your hand, just used feet, knees and head only. It's a spcific skills and dangerous for the players because when you attacked the attacker have to use foot above the body like do the summersaul.
You must know Suebsak Phansueb, the legendary great player.
