In agile.. We already have some standard stakeholders identified before working.. Po, pmg, team, Rte, customers, sales, devops and value stream leaders.. Etc..... We can plot them in 2D power vs interst matrix and take it forward. It makes our job easier as compared to predictive where especially pm is responsible to identify and keep a track..
