Hi dear. My consistency is just like yours but as soon as they're out of the oil and I put them on the paper towel, it looses cruchchiness and becomes chewy. What can I do?
@@tajudeensulaiman669 Plain or self raising flour is the best I think hard flour will not make it nice but you can give it a try and see I could be wrong.
