Great, informative video! Are any of these incentives (state or federal) applicable to an in-process new build home in Hendersonville NC? All I could find on a federal level was geothermal and solar credits. Everything else wasn’t applicable.
I'm glad you found the video helpful! Hmm, I don't know of any specifically geared towards new builds but if you're installing energy efficient systems during construction, those should still count. I'm not sure what type of home you're building, but if it's a green home, there are certifications you can get that are great selling points for down the road.
