Pani - 2 liter
Namak - 1 tsp
Pasta - penne 2 cup rigate
Oil - 2 tbsp (olive oil)
Peppercorn - ½ tsp
Bay leaf - 2
Cloves - 4-5
Green Chili - 2 slit
Garlic - 2 tbsp
Onion
Carrot
Broccoli
Capsicum
Salt
Pepper
Herbs - 1 tsp
Milk - 1 ½ glass
Cheese processed - 50g chopped
Cream ya malai - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tsp
Milk - 2 tbsp
Basil - 3-4 patte

Tried it yesterday chef. Really very tasty and easy. A very Indian style version of white sauce pasta..I don't have fresh cream at home. So I added extra milk for the sauce and butter to sauté.. it came out real yummy. Thanks for the recipe👍🏻 A trust worthy channel

All recipes on youtube contains maida and i have tried making it so many times but due to maida the sauce becomes too thick n it doesn't bind well to pasta too..now i will try this recipe and let u know how it became!
