Hey I've been struggling with symptoms for over a year now and it's been brutal. Endless burping and hiccups, acid reflux, gas pressure on my chest, even heart palpitations, and yet doctor's haven't been able to help me, and as a young guy(only 21) it's mentally taxing because I feel like I should be healthier. I eat well, I'm physically active and capable and yet it's still so difficult everyday. Your videos have been a huge help in lifting the curtain on what may be going on for me, but more than that I really wanted to comment to say thank-you for your closing comments in this video. A reminder of the story of Job, and keeping mental fortitude and a clear focus that one will get better so long as they don't lose sight of that belief and just keep holding on to that vision and faith regardless of struggles that may come. And at the end of it all we come out stronger and wiser. I really needed that reminder today, thank you.

.5-1g ginger Ginger root cleared up my constipation in like 1-2 weeks. It’s a prokinetic that activates the small intense. It’s 20’ long while the large intensity lines about 4’ long. Fair chance the issue could be a bit upstream. Ginger capsules were like $5-6 at Walmart and worked great

Another great and informative video Dr. Ruscio! Thank you! Really fascinating about gluten free and low FODMAP etc. I went GF several years ago not because I was having any problem, but I thought I'd try it. I did go through a withdrawal phase, but I felt so much better after 10 days or so, I never went back. I lost the weight I never thought I'd lose without any difference in calories. I do yoga and became much 'bendier' as well.

Hi Doctor Ruscio. One thing I noticed that is very effective for gut motility is cold showers. A few minutes after a 2 minutes shower I feel like going to the toilet. The same happens when I do a session of sauna followed by a one minute cold shower. I don't know what this it due to, perhaps it's because there is transpiration of water in the intestine and that lubricates it I don't know.

I believe it's the cruddy flour that is to blame also not just gluten flour. Freshly milled grains, bread is found having lower issues. Look up Bread Beakers.

Good analogy using Job, who was tested and proven faithful to God not to his circumstances. It Proved God is all knowing.. He never looses. Father God, Spirit, Son. Three in one. Putting your trust in Him when suffering comes and it will it will build you up in God if you truly believe.
Blessings and peace to all, may you be found faithful.

Good advice again doc. I've only used ginger during pregnancy for nausea. 🎯 It will be interesting to notice its use for bloating.
Wrt irregularity, my daughter refuses to use public toilets, especially those at school.💡 I think it could be one of the causes for her constipation.

Q? I have a weird one for you Dr. Ruscio. Some mornings I get up to urinate, age 58, around 3:30, on returning I notice pulsing in my small intestine. Why is that. I was having bad SIBO AND SIFO. I went on a Low FODMAP diet. Along with candibactin ar & br. First time in years having clean elimination.
I want to buy one of your elimental powders but not sure which is best. I have issues with some amino acids.

Thank you, Dr. Ruscio. I think I'll check out that book for the same reasons. Reading studies and articles - being hyper-focused on health is exhausting. My parathyroid issues (the hyperplasia form) have left me feeling somewhat desperate since two surgeries have not been able to locate an ectopic gland. I've been left with trying to find different ways to minimize symptoms. Again, exhausting. Maybe I just need a break and read for fun again.🤔

    • @vanessac1965

If turmeric helps you probably have a fungal problem. Don't add the pepper, you want it to stay in the gut so raw is better, uncooked. Consider rotating with garlic, clove, peppermint

    @MartyMcFly506 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

Hey Dr. Ruscio, I have been taking the three probiotics and have been for about a week and a halve now.
Are you familiar with Galacto Oligosaccharides (GOS)? I started taking a 5g dose 4 days ago, and since day one, my anxiety and negative thoughts have went down lower than in my entire life. I've dealt heavily with those things my entire life, and maybe it's the probiotics with the GOS combination, Idk but definitely the GOS has made a huger than huge difference since day 1. I felt so much better very shorlty after taking the GOS prebiotic. I've seen people say it takes around 4 weeks to take full effect. If it can improve even more than this that would be incredible.

Stop giving your child wheat and milk. Fruit is good and probiotics for kids. Pickle isn't anywhere near enough and probably has nothing left of the good flora. A good quality yogurt is better, in small amounts though, like a tablespoon with each meal. Cut out bread and replace with whole grains.

      It's not lol suprise surprise..

The only thing that helps me is mag o7 ( magnesium oxides ) 2-3 pills a day, I have no idea about the long term safety of it taking it daily but it is the only miracle. Ginger definitely helps my motility for the magnesium to work even better and days when I take break from magnesium too and abdominal massage also I find it the most helpful for more complete emptying. These 3 things I definitely find the best!
This is very important information especially for wanting more natural approach because after all we do on a daily basis we don’t want to create even more damage and these are great advices! Thank you doctor for putting so much energy into this to improve peoples lives.
