Bill Tuttle was never a teacher at the Dunseith School. He was an employee but not a certified teaching staff member.

If anyone believes that this community would be tied into the high level cover up at the levels this guys says need to examine their sanity. This guy is nuts and trying to stay out of jail for this and other schemes he has been involved I. Imagine a guy who had all those achievements before he got out of school and now has cut ties with his family. He is the one who need to be investigated
