I met and was talking to Lord Wakefield just yesterday. What a friendly and hugely engaging gentleman he is. His enthusiasm to discuss the castle and other things, shows no signs of waning. It’s worth the admission price of £12.50 each just to meet Lord Wakefield!

Do visit chillingham castle and gardens as they are just wonderful great place to paint landscapes and of coarse the chillingham white cattle
