Congratulations on your superb hunt and all those civil war relics. I would imagine that 150 years of flooding in that stream has spread those bullets far, wide and even deep in places. It was surely a little gold mine for you and shows that you went to the right place at the right time. I love that lion's head too. Thanks for sharing. GL & HH for your next outing. Cheers! :D
I love your videos by the way! They've inspired me to hunt down an OLD metal detector in the family to fool around with. I wouldn't mind purchasing a new one and make a hobby out of it. Keep it real!
congrats on all those bullets! that's a sweet place to dig. oh and I saw you in the latest "Coin World" magazine. I was very surprised to see you while flipping through the pages!
Now that's the day we all like to have. Not every day but at least now an then. Awesome find chigg. I'm sure those finds really made your day. Great hunt. Truely the bullet king on this hunt with out a doubt. As always safe an happy hunting.😁👍👍
Minie balls. I just took some out of a box that my grandfather bought from a museum. Holding history in your hand it's something special. The storys it could tell.
Awesome find :D I love finding camps sites and would be heading back there a lot if I could :))) I am quite surprised but I bet there is more to go and even some goodies still around there :D Happy hunting and thanks for sharing the awesome vid =D
Beau ? Without the beard I didn't know you ! Lol , going back in time now watching these old videos ! You have beaus voice , but are you really him ? Lol , well done bullet king ,
Wow. Really cool video. I love to find things. Started out metal detecting, which lead me to bottle digging. It is all fun and I love to look it all up. Thanks for sharing.
Dang Beau! There are so many bullets in that creek, you might as well just use a sifter! Is there a market for those Sharps bullets? I imagine they are worth a couple bucks apiece!
Its called a spill they are everywhere especially camp sites there is one in my back yard :) find lead spills all the time but only found a few bullets.
Hey Beau, great vids. I have taken up metal detecting cause of you. Just curious about something. You have found literally thousands of civil war bullets yet never seem to tire of finding them. What fascinates you so much about them? Either way, I enjoy watching you find them. Thanks for sharing.
I often wonder as you wonder through the woods for hours, do you ever get lost? I would be so distracted exploring I'd lose my way very easily. Got any secrets besides bread crumbs? Did I hear you say you use GPS or was that for finding historic spots? I enjoy and have learned so much about everything that you have shared. You have a great sense of humor. You could have your own exploring metal detecting show your very informative. Most would never think to do and know what comes natural to you. Your very inspiring thanks for being you!
That lions head looks like something I’ve seen in a small town in New Jersey it is on a pole in front of an old house with a chain threw it and connected to another one. Almost like a decorative fence type. There are multiple poles with the head and hoop and the chain goes threw it. This home has it only in the front and also had a stepping stone and boot cleaner from the old days. Very historic home in A very historic little town. Maybe that’s what it was ?
Thanks. I ordered the At Pro from New England dectectors last night. Tried out the new GoPro today and shot a short video not happy with the quality yet. Did find a couple enfields one crusty button and some round balls and probably 15 mule shoes. Look forward to trying your style. I am much further south so no worries. Will pick up the blue water proof headphones. Thanks! HH TnMtns
The entire time I ever metal detected, I never found one bullet.. and you found a garbage bag full. blows my mind! The only one I ever found was eyeballed while fishing.
Hey Aquachigger, I just bought my first metal detector and I've been watchting your videos for about a year or two now, I am just asking but if you don't want to tell me you don't have to , I just would like to know where this video was shot, I would like to find some civil war relics.
Is the AT Gold your favourite detector? You seem to use it all the time, I am thinking about getting one. Is it also good for land hunting ... nuggets, coins etc?
Do You keep every thing you dig? Like all the bullets, the silver coins You found... Another question: What about those awsome finds in England? Are you going back to find it again? =]
So awesome. I just moved to durham North Carolina from ohio and really wanna get metal detecting some civil war artifacts, I love the whole 1800s period. Do you know if there was any civil war activity in the area? Also how do you find these camps and fords on maps? Another thing I was wondering was do you have to get permission from anyone to hunt these rivers? Thanks a lot! Can't wait for your next river hunt videos!
Hi,Love the vids. When hunting in say 3 feet of water and the at pro is submerged all the time have you had any issues with leakage and do you have to use the water proof headphones or can you hunt water with out them and the jack port not leak. Thank you. Cya on t-net. TnMtns
Nice finds, but I recently got started into metal detecting at a late age and am leaving Missouri after helping my uncle for the past three years. I would really like to find a civil war bullet going west from Camdenton to Nevada then South through Oklahoma. Can you suggest an area to find something on that route? I only want 1 bullet, not 150. Thanks.
Yes you are...NO ONE diggs more bullets than you...haa.. I changed channels from thegetreadynow. Sub my new channel if you would and keep the river vids coming.
I am curious about something. Are CW bullets worth anything? Personally if i saw them laying there id grab them money or not. I was just curious since they seem to be so common.
How much would some of this Civil War bullets be worth? I'm sorry, I know you probably get this type of question a lot but I'm curious. I assume you do it as a personal hobby but it just would imagine that something like this would hold some type of value, perhaps to a collector. Thanks, @aquachigger
Been on many of Aquachigger's adventures, 100% real, sorry if you need to find reasons or excuses to doubt. Known the man for a while now and never once have I seen a reason to doubt his word. But while you are on the IQ test, go check out the paper currency that was recovered off the Titanic...I believe that was lost more than a few days ago. Dan
So many bullets were there, because he put them there.lol..Come on, surely you dont buy this crap...Nobody finds civil war bullets this easy. This guy should run for office of some kind. I believe he could find Jimmy Hoffa if he wanted to....lol
okay, then explain that dollar bill he pulled out of the river in that one video. That dollar couldn't have been in the water much more than a few minutes or few hours. If you don't believe me then go put a dollar in a sink of water and leave it say a couple days.. I'ts not my fault that aquachigger doesn't add a disclaimer to his video's advising that his target audience is for people with an IQ of 60 and below....just my opinion....sorry
WOW! Your the man!! Could only imagine diggin that much in one spot!! Thanks for sharing Beau!

Another question: What about those awsome finds in England? Are you going back to find it again? =]
How do they all end up there cant be all dropped.
Lets go find some locations like this! I know a guy with Kayaks and dive equipment!!
The metal tube reminds me of a toy collapsable telescope I once had. It could be part of one. I assume it was brass.

That item under the rock looks like a small railroad track to me
Hey your in the Garrett searcher magazine I just got in the mail.I know a celebrity Lol!

You would think the lead would soften up and the bullets would decay.
Nice finds, but I recently got started into metal detecting at a late age and am leaving Missouri after helping my uncle for the past three years. I am curious about something. Are CW bullets worth anything? Personally if i saw them laying there id grab them money or not. I was just curious since they seem to be so common.
how or why do non-fired mini balls get into the stream ? thanks.

So many bullets were there, because he put them there.lol..Come on, surely you dont buy this crap...Nobody finds civil war bullets this easy. This guy should run for office of some kind. I believe he could find Jimmy Hoffa if he wanted to....lol
@misipi39
Kind of hard to believe they are just lying there on top of the soil ... under water no less for 150+ years didn’t have to dig? Calling this fake
okay, then explain that dollar bill he pulled out of the river in that one video. That dollar couldn't have been in the water much more than a few minutes or few hours. If you don't believe me then go put a dollar in a sink of water and leave it say a couple days..
