Here in Shreveport during the Mid-South days, we would go the the Municipal Auditorium on Friday nights and we had JYD, Ted DiBase, Tony Atlas, Paul Orndorff, Mr. Wrestling II, Dick Murdoch, and the list goes on but one night, the main event was Andre the Giant against Killer Khan with Skandar Ackbar in his corner and Ackbar jumped in the ring, Andre body slammed Khan then body slammed Ackbar on Khan and sat on them and got the 1,2,3 count. Then Saturday would go to the Irish McNeil boys club at the fairgrounds for the Mid-South TV taping with Bill Watts and Boyd Pierce commentating. Fun times as a kid!
