Are they finally stopping or slowing down new construction in Port St Lucie? They’re really over-developing the area. The environment and wildlife are suffering and our houses are not appreciating due to all the new builds the way homes in other cities are appreciating
They are not slowing down . Port St. Lucie is still a hot market overall and due to so many people being priced out farther south in Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale etc more people are coming to the area.

@@Victoria-gv3qh people go to TH-cam for information. I’ve got 5 deals under contract in last 2 months and I started back in November with my new version of walk through tours. I have a handful of new buyers getting close to signing contracts so I’m guessing my detailed videos might be working 😁 Again thanks for the positive compliment .

@davesellsparadise GHO also is building in Lake Park; 55 plus. GHO homes are less expensive and include more standard features.
