I am an actor and content creator with Hollywood credits including roles on Lucifer (Netflix), Starlight Christmas (Hallmark), JT Leroy (Universal Studios), etc. In this channel, I offer insight to Kpop performances using my 10+ years of training in dance, acting, singing and overall performance. In dance, my forte are contemporary and musicals and have done most of my performances in theatre. Although my channel is mostly known for dance analysis, I am currently inactive in the dance community.

I literally know no other group where literally all of them are capable of being the lead/ main vocalists and lead/main dancers if they were in other groups. I can’t with A.C.E they need to share some of their talent.

Some things I've noticed from watching a lot of A.C.E's choreography is they have signature moves that they like to incorporate (if that makes sense?). Like, I've seen the arm-over-the-eyes-and-moving-the-hips in at least two of their other dances before, and they do a lot of jumping/spinning as well. It's fun to see them establish a style for themselves in terms of choreography. I also like that they're doing a lot of choreographing themselves. It really shows their skills.
In My Blood is one of the best vocal covers, for sure. They all have so much range - sometimes you expect one of them to do a certain part but they surprise you by having a different member do it. Because honestly, they all kill it. Another one of my favourites is Empty Space, I highly suggest it!

Byeongkwan actually choreographed the entire Taki Taki dance with the help of the other A.C.E's members, Jun choreographed his part with Donghun. Yeah. the TALENT there I'm crying fhgfgfsf

I love, love, love that I'm not the only one that Donghun does that to!!!! His voice, his stylistic choices, the grit in his voice, his belting.... Oh. My. And then there's his eyes, his expressions, his moves.... And I can go on and on.
They are all sooooooo talented in so many layers. Donghun just does it a little bit more to me but I always end up wrecked after watching and/or listening to them!!! 😵😵😵😵😵❤️
That's why A.C.E. is my ult group and donghun my ult bias. Well, there are ton of more reasons, but I guess you know them all, too ;)

Covers are always hard because everyone compares you with the original. I'm really proud that they've done so many covers and in all of them I feel like they are as good as the original artists! A.C.E content is one of my favorites in this channel because of the diversity they provide for reactions, so please keep checking them. (also Jeff I think something's off with the mic because whenever you moved it kept making sounds)

I had so much fun with your reaction and analysis! I'm loving how much you are enjoying A.C.E! Given how much you love Donghun's voice (which SAME) you might want to check out the "Love in the Ice" stage from Mixnine. It has some amazing powerhouse vocals, stunning harmonies and showcases a breathtakingly emotional performance from Donghun. On top of that it also features some familiar faces from RTK (Seoho from Oneus and E-Tion from ONF). I honestly think it would blow you away! As a bonus, there is also a clip from the show where they perform it for one of the other teams while they are still preparing for the stage and you get to watch their stunned reactions (featuring Hyojin of ONF and Hongjoong and Jongho of Ateez).

ACE covers always give me goosebumps, even with songs I wouldn't have listened to normally. Their voices individually are so damn good, but there's something about the combinations when they're together that are beyond lush - it's like exponential vocal talents.

I think this is the firts taki taki cover that i really like, i mean Ten was good as always but i really like ACE cover a little bit more. In my school they danced to that song many times that get me a little tired but i can enjoy this one cause is a good cover.

A.C.E. is my absolute favorite group for doing covers. I just think they are geniuses in the choosing of songs, in the distribution of parts and then they sing. And I lose myself in the beautiful song. It is so enjoyable to watch you enjoy it as well!
i feel like people are overlooking Sehyoon’s (wow) talent A LOT, to me it feels like he has so much more potential and beat interactive is just holding him back a little. for example, he doesn’t get a lot of solo dances where Byeongkwan does (i love him too, don’t get me wrong) and he often gets the least lines in covers or even originals. i just hope they let him develop more and let him experiment with other styles to improve even more as a vocalist, rapper and dancer.

Sehyoon himself have said that he's a lil camera shy but he's getting a lot comfortable. I also thought that but when you watch their line distribution in the music videos for eg Undercover bk and sehyoon have just 3 sec gap , in take me higher Chan got the least lines n in savage Jun got the least lines . For me A.C.E have been very fair with their line distributions
Uhm...Sehyoon gets a fair amount of screen time along with getting fair lines in their songs (except for MOST kpop groups). Sehyoon’s affiliation in the group are both “Main Rapper & Main Dancer,” so obviously he gets rap parts in almost every song, which is why he has less lines where he needs to sing (but there are cases where he raps and sing in a single song/cover, like Old Town Road). He also sings in covers as you said, so that should cover for some people who want him to sing (but that’s not what he’s entitled for in the group). His style is also ICONIC every cb (their stylists NEED A RAISE) and all their songs are different from each other, so Sehyoon’s has done A LOT of CONCEPTS, something that he DIDN’T experience when he used to be in YG. He also composes some of his parts in a song/dance, and he gets credibility. Same for Byeongkwan and Jun This time, they get CREDIBILITY for what they did which they choreographed most of this song. I also know that Beat is a small company, but Beat lets A.C.E do whatever they want in their music, performances, their posted contents, and Beat takes GREAT CARE of them, something that the Big 3 companies doesn’t do unless the group is super popular.
The CEO of Beat said in an interview that she lets the boys develop on their own (which was a great choice, because now they have their own styles and individuality). That’s why she let A.C.E do busking before their debut, where they prepare the place to perform, set up their own equipments, and watch their own performances after and reflect on what parts they could’ve done better along with getting exposure to the public, like when they participated in ICSYV. Rn, I’m sure the boys are still improving but slowly. Sorry for the long comment 😊
kiane_elize 22 i didn’t mean to attack Beat or the boys in any ways, when i watch performances i just only see Sehyoon in the back and with very little center. because of that i think that reactors notice don’t him as much as they notice the others and that bothers me a little bit since Sehnie is equally talented. I’m not blaming anyone for this, it’s just something is noticed.

Seungyeon from CLC did a dance cover of Taki Taki, but one of her more popular ones is her dance cover of Bad Guy (she does sort of monthly dance covers that are between 30 seconds to 1 minute). She has really good control over her body (very fluid and sharp) and is the main dancer of CLC

LOL!!! I lost count (how many times you said “kick your butt”)
I totally forgot whenever I saw “Callin” choreo I could NEVER get my head past a certain horse I used to ride...
had the weirdest habit where every time he needed to take a dump (like EVERY 5 minutes) he had to stop, turn his butt into a ditch, kick it & charge away from it. So whoever had the misfortune of being on that horse had to spend the ENTIRE time announcing to everyone including the entire geographic area at the top of their voice (usually his owner...in a VERY Aussie accent) “WAIT UP!!!! HE’S POOING!!!” It was pretty hilarious. ESPECIALLY BK reminded me of that horse. His “arrogance” was on another level...quite the handful but his stamina/ability to out perform the other horses was crazy due to his smaller but “steel” like frame...I felt terrible that I couldn’t stop fighting back laughing while they were performing “Callin”...right in front of me of all things.
I don't know why but I can feel the emotions of the covers in Jeff's reacts more than when I watch...
