Hi. I am actually visually impaired myself so use text to speech all the time. If you go into settings, then general management, then text-to-speech, you will see two text-to-speech engines by default: Samsung text to speech and speech recognition and synthesis from Google. If you go into settings to the right of the preferred engine option, you can install voice data which will then enable you to look at the different voices available. Hope that helps.
Thanks but no thanks, I everybody got a different ringtone, I heard and learn long time ago, in the gas station, I don't need everybody standing around Knowing who is calling me! No way Jose, they don't know and they don't need to know, I see the name pop up, everyone has a ringtone, I got it committed to memory, so I know who it is before I even answer.
Do you take numbers from public noticeboards for guitar lessons, call them, and tell them you don't want to learn guitar? Because that's what you just did here.
Thank for making a short and accurate video doing exactly what i needed! THANKS!

Followed the instructions. It was already turned on with Bluetooth only selected. It still doesn't read caller names aloud through the bluetooth.
Same here
