One last thing for those reading this... Don't just grab wire and solder it to the cells like that... You absolutely risk the wire heating up and causing issues down the road. If you do use wire instead of the nickel plates normally used, then make sure you always use the same gauge (AWG), or larger, as the wires connecting to the battery.
Do yourself a favor too and get decent cells from LGChem or Sony. The HG2 and VTC5 (or VTC6) are excellent cells for the purpose of a battery bank/speaker and have fairly high charge/discharge cycles before they lose capacity.

Awesome job with disassembly, but you really shouldn't mix cells like that. This goes double for a sealed unit that's not easy to get into. The different internal resistances and overall capacity can put more strain on the charge controller, not to mention the risk of over/undercharging one of the cells if the BMS does a poor job at balancing mismatched cells. For those of you who are going to slap another cell in, take the time to check the capacity of the existing (good) cell and the replacement. A good charger like the OPUS BT-3100 will let you check the capacity of the cells so you can match them. Ideally, make sure you bring both cells to a full charge BEFORE you install them into the speaker. This just ensures they are balanced from the get-go.

Thanks, i managed to replace the batteries with 2x18650 3.7V. They are the same as those used in my Laser 301 ! Only, the soldering was troublesome. I'm not used too. but i got it done. Now, my Anker hold the charge for a very long time... more, than 10 minutes the dead's one.
