Snowy Japanese Village

The Gokayama region in Toyama Prefecture, not far from the coast of the Sea of Japan. Traditional architecture and culture of the villages in this area have been preserved. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. I'm glad so many people have found this journey so beautiful and inspiring. I never imagined so many people would. In fact I posted this video for an audience of one. Someone I really liked, but with whom I'm no longer in contact. She asked me which I would prefer, the mountains or the beach, this was my answer.
