They prescribed treatment. So for some time I managed to improve my performance, nutrition, since I'm a vegan for 8 years, gymnastics breathing exercises. I have fasted a couple of times. I try to eat a lot of greens, I even taste unfamiliar greens from the garden, if not bitter, then I eat. Today I made a repeated echocardiogram, the results are very good, there is a great hope for improvement in the condition.

You can't really say anything to people who absolutely swear by it, but again, I bring my own shelf stable soymilk, unsweetened, and a bag of dates for that protein/glucose recharge at the end.

Alana Daly asked in the chat about strategies for people with gout. I'm primarily plant based and I take a gout medication, but I still get flares/episodes. I would think I am more than sufficiently hydrated, avoiding meat, dairy, and HFCS. Is there a missing component or is it just a fact that it is going to flare somewhat regularly no matter what?
I have gout and every time I take high dose of vit c from food like lemon I get flare out. I found out that vitamin c help absorb iron in your body. I got a blood test and my ferritin was so high and I also found out that I carry a gene that is called hemochromatosis. Lots of people carry that gene without knowing it unless you get your dna tested and it’s genetic. There’s two types of iron, heme iron and non-heme iron so my doctor told me to stay away from red meat. I do whole plant based diet that stops my gout flare out and take very little lemon on my salad.
Interesting point about American foods versus East African foods. However I do not believe that is why raw diets are insufficient for humans. I have seen lectures arguing that even pre-human ancestors had begun cooking tubers and by the time our species took shape we were already dependent on the extra calories from cooked food. This hypothesis also better explains how we got the extra calories for brain growth compared to the traditional meat eating hypothesis.

@Aaron Loos you know that even omnivores are often deficient in D3 and B12. Look at how many patients have to get a routine B12 injection, and you can be sure they're not a vegan majority. Everyone could benefit from supplementing with these 2 vitamins. Also consider that they may not want to eat an omnivore diet because they don't like: cholesterol, eostrogen, blood, inflammatory proteins and many other gross shit
@Aaron Loos phytoestrogens are nowhere near as bad as mammalian oestrogen, which is found in meat and especially in dairy. Yes factory farmed animals are fed b12 supplements, but omnivores don't just eat meat. They also eat vegetables. And due to farming practices in the last few centuries, the soil has become barren of b12 and that's why the only way people typically get it is through eating animal products, or supplementing. So yes actually, many adults regardless of diet choice are deficient in b12. Regarding D3, well it does also depend on where you live. But I live in the UK and vitamin D deficiency is obviously quite high since we get low sunlight Edit: seed oils, refined grains and all that other shit aren't exclusive to vegan diets. Literally look at the labels of any junk food or processed foods. You are going to find those there. You can avoid these by eating a whole food plant based diet whilst supplementing b12 and whatever else may be appropriate
@Aaron Loos your b12 levels are fine because you are able to get enough in your personal diet. You most likely get it from meat. However this isn't the case for a noticeable amount of people, and this group doesn't just consist of vegetarians and vegans. Yeah chickens (the most commonly consumed meat) and pigs only require meat if they're not in pastures. Over 90% of chickens and pigs are factory farmed, so this means the majority of chickens and pigs are fed b12. I don't understand why you think this is some "gotcha vegans moment". The fact is, the original poster clearly wants to avoid all the constituents of animal products that promote auti immunity, cancer, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, alzheimers, and the list goes on. You have nothing to say to defend having shit like cancer promoting growth factors, so instead you list a bunch of constituents that are still commonly found in an omnivore diet as some weak clapback, even though some of those are actually beneficial (phytoestrogens in soy literally are beneficial in breast cancer)
@Aaron Loos I think I didn't word myself well there. What I'm trying to say that regardless of whether you eat animal products or not, supplementing with b12 can be beneficial as deficiencies present in both the standard western omnivorous and (more so with) vegan diets. Not everyone gets blood work done and knows what they're deficient in, so I think there's no harm in taking a b12 supplement. And also look, I said "could" not "should". Edit: Considering how b12 deficiency is relatively common, and such a deficiency results in lethargy and long-term neurological damage, suggesting to the wider population thar b12 supplementation alongside their diet isn't harmful advice at all.
