    1. You can't avoid war; it can only be postponed to the advantage of others;
    2. Never was anything great achieved without danger;
    3. Where there is willingness to be great, the difficulties cannot be great;
    4. One should never fall in the belief that You can find someone to pick you up;
    5. Everyone who wants to know what will happen ought examine what had happened;
    6. Nature creates few men brave, industry and training makes many;
    7. All courses of action are risky;
    8. Man judge generally more what by the eye than by hand, for everyone can see and few can feel;
    9. The first method for estimating the intelligence of a ruler is by looking at the men he has around him;
    10. I'm not interested in preserving the status quo, I want to overthrow it.

      Munin Fjolnir Machiavelli meant war in a looser sense then Sun Tsu.

    I like the following quotes:
    "The best way to predict your future is to create it"
    "I'm not interested in preserving the status quo; I want to overthrow it."
    "Everything around us were programmed or made by people who were just like us"

    Everyone accused Machiavelli of training tyrants. But I genuinely believe that his works are an instruction manual for finding tyrants. And training good people to be powerful enough to overthrow and defeat said tyrants.

      They don't like him because he told the truth. He didn't speak of fairy tales but rather what it takes to get on top. Successful leaders are Machiavellian without even knowing it or being inspired by his works. Truth is ugly and a lot of the times you need to get your hands dirty so you don't end up in the ground.

    My favorite 2 are:
    -If an injury has to be done to a man it should be so severe that his vengeance need not be feared.
    -Severities should be dealt out all at once, so that their suddenness may give less offense; benefits ought to be handed out drop by drop, so that they may be relished the more.

    I see Niccolo Machiavelli as religious person but was pragmatic about the world he lived and the world we are in.
    Niccolo Machiavelli was as perspective of the world through presenting the conceptions of good and bad as other religious men old I mean those title prophet , that introduced good and evil the consequences thereof .

    Myself, I also believe that besides the path of gaining a bit more knowledge, skill, and experience; the road of success is also about work, effort, concentration, and more work. To accomplish something may require many small steps toward a goal, or project. Therefore, achievement could be thought of as a series, whether long, or small steps, depending on the
    individual achiever whereby success is reached. Furthermore, you can think, and
    apply the idea of success as a path; the road of your success.

    “Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” - Rumi
    “Allah knows exactly what to give you to help you return to Him. The events in your life are purposeful, appropriate & non-random.” - Shayk Hamza Yusuf
    The Prophet (pbuh) used to seek refuge in Allah (SWA) from laziness that he used to mention it daily in this dua: “O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being over powered by men.” Sahih Bukhari
    The Prophet (pbuh) said, “By Him in Whose Hand my life is, it is better for anyone of you to take a rope and cut the wood (from the forest) and carry it over his back and sell it (as a means of earning his living) rather than to ask a person for something and that person may give him or not.” Sahih Bukhari
    “I asked Allah for strength and Allah gave me difficulties to make me strong.
    I asked Allah for wisdom and Allah gave me problems to solve.
    I asked Allah for courage and Allah gave me obstacles to overcome.
    I asked Allah for love and Allah gave me troubled people to help.
    I asked Allah for favors and Allah gave me opportunities.
    Maybe I received nothing I wanted, but I received everything I needed - Alhamdulillah.”

      Those “rich kids” might have social skills issues or mental health issues that might need go through pain in order to achieve the mental state they are after.
      For example you might be a Smart Crypto investor or trader, however you guard a deep resentment towards people that was born with wealth around.

    There is enough "war" in the countries itself or societies, so let soldiers there.
    Egoistically to pursue your selfish desires to intdoruce yourself and what you do best - because you are tough and can kill and protect not being killed... ? I understand and accept it, but don't get it anymore, this said in the video is strange enough ...

    lost me at 3:52 " warriors love it" yea, talk to some war veterans with ptsd lol. i dont think war is to be liked or not, its just a "necessity" and warriors are just ready for it and willing

      Just like not every entrepreneur succeeds, or enjoys the pain & loneliness which they have to endure, so do some war veterans.

    Number 4 and Number 9 contradict each other. One principle says one shouldn't rely on others, the next point states that we should have a better companion. Um.... what?!

    Instead of being desperate, say be productive

    • @Huey111

      The diction of the word “desperate” has a much bigger impact than “ productive”. Plus, everyone knows what it means to be desperate but not necessarily productive.Thats just my take.

      Hu ey yeah I agree. You can be productive without being desperate actually but I think it lacks like the sheer power of being desperate lol
