I enjoy very much reading books and even watching videos on success and positive psychology, designing one's life, and following a dream and applying these ideas to my life. But it has taken me years to fully realize something…
I don't really WANT to be "successful" in the way all these "success porn" videos and training programs teach and promote and I never did. Not if it means spending my days doing all the shxt these successful people must do to gain and maintain their "success". How much of this activity is really motivated by a fear of poverty? Envy of others? Fear of insignificance? Existential dread and angst?
    No thanks.

At the end of the day, and life, there is ONLY the individual's definition of success to comfort him.
I recently faced a surgery that could have resulted in my death or permanent incapacitation. A blockage in my carotid artery was giving me mini-strokes. I'd recently caused an accident while driving when I blacked out for about four seconds. Thankfully, no one was seriously hurt.
Waiting in the emergency room to be taken into the operating room I was pleasantly surprised to find I had zero fear of death. None. Nor the least bit of apprehension for my future. In fact I was kind of excited, I was actually anticipating what might come next.
As a Christian, I had my faith. But as a child of a scientific age I knew my faith was at best grounded in logical conjectures, rational hypotheses, syllogisms, and a narrative of historical events based on alleged eye witness testimony, i.e., the New Testament. Any religious "experiences" I've had were, of course, only my own and just as likely to have been subconscious fabrications.
Yet it was enough. I felt no certainty that, if I died on the table, that I would "wake up in Heaven". Yet I also felt no apprehension over the possibility that "I" might soon cease to exist. For if I did, "I" would never know it!
I believe my salvation, my welcome home by God, is not based on my behavior. My sins were all forgiven when Jesus rose from the dead and because I've put my faith in Jesus I am accepted in God's beloved.
Nevertheless, I know I have attempted to live my life doing the most good I could for the people who have crossed my path. Not to gain points, but because "it is good to do good." I have also actively sought to do good, looking for ways to initiate good.
I have not been, by any definition of the term, a saint. But that wasn't my goal. My goal has been to do God's will to the best of my knowledge while also pursuing the interests and developing the talents He gave me.
And I was satisfied. On that day. At that moment. Just before they wheeled me into surgery. I was not just at peace. I was anticipating what might come next.
      Amazing.
I made it, of course. And I am grateful I did. I feel now like I have a little bit sharper focus on what matters day to day. And what doesn't. I think I may even be gaining a tad bit more motivation for the things I've been putting off. And with the years that the surgeon's knife has bought for me I hope to fill them with even more tangible acts of goodness, utilizing more than ever before the gifts and talents that God has given me. Seeing before me more clearly than ever my path, my purpose, and the final destination of my life.

Well I suppose he was a little more complicated than just being a philantropist.
. As an oil man he at an early stage realized that the molecule in petroleum was very useful for producing different kinds of chemicals and that some chemicals were suitable for impacting different processes within the human body. He teamed up with Carnegie to try to take control over the pharmaceuticals industry which back then was compriced of natural native american remedies, herbs and different concoctions sold as miracle drops and whatever by all kinds of people trying to make a buck. Rockefeller and Carnegie wanted to change this and gave one of Carnegie´s men, a man by the name of Adam Flexner the job of evaluating the remedies market. He soon came up with an idea of regulating that market into what became the playbook of the pharmaceuticals industry. Flexner produced what was to be called the Flexner report which was soon adopted by Congress which created a law that said that any drug had to consist of a patent approved by the food and drug administration´s agency. As that eliminated all previously known remedies including natural ingrediants only the very wealthy could afford to apply for a patent like that. And that´s how the pharmaceuticals industry managed to barr all natural ingredients and instead used the molecule in petroleum as basis for drugs and medicine. Rockefeller was absolutely ruthless and was hence the man responsible for the way the medicine industry works where universities can champion some research while silencing other...Rockefellers aim was also to eliminate the teachings about the correlation between diet and health so he came up with the idea to offer the universities hefty grants from his foundation in exchange for positions on the board of directors in return. As Rockefeller´s people started to populate the boards they could get staff hired and quell all research that meant that doctors could prescribe certain diets to avoid different sicknesses and instead prescribe some drug Rockefeller held the patents to. Rockefeller had a saying that read "competition is a sin" and he did everything within his considerable power to hamper any competion to his patents. Think how much pain and suffering that man has caused and is still causing in the world...

Rich have a strong mind to achieve what they want... Others don't... Coz... They have a fear of jealous people and the fear of defeat... Rich always set their own path and never give up till they achieve it... Rich know where to start to reach their destination... Infact rich look for peace of mind and always live in secured place... Some people don't get that opportunity and struggle a lot though they have many talents... The Devil of poverty strikes them in whatever they do... This is True!
