Thanks brother for your keen interest
it is very easy to open timing chain with a centre punch both new and old chain
then again put timing chain pin accurately and use hanner to lock it

Cannot see the Feeler Gauge clearly. How much clearence you kept for tappets?

Thanks brother for your interest. you can use feeler gauge from .002 to .005 for both tappet but i use .004 for my bike
