मैं बचपन से देख रहा हूं बाढ़ के हालात हर साल और गंभीर होता जा रहा है जबकि टेक्नोलॉजी इतनी ज्यादा बढ़ गई हे की पानी कब कहां और कितना होगा ये कई दिन पहले पता तो चल जाता हे लेकीन सरकार अपने फायदे के लिए बाढ़ को रोकने के उपाय नहीं करती हे अगर पिछले 70 साल में हर साल थोड़ा थोड़ा भी काम किया जाता तो अभी तक 80 से 90 % बाढ़ की समस्या को कम किया जा सकता था
