Good advice. Im retired & people still call knowing Im retired. I charge a price saying Im retired (high) and they still have me come out. So I take a young man with and try to pass on my knowledge to them. God Bless
Not true at all, I’m 23 in central Florida and I’m a welder/ fabricator and woodworker making high end products and I haven’t able to find consistent work ever! People need the work done but don’t want to pay fairly for it so they just won’t do it or will do it themselves. Especially as all this technology gets easier to use and more affordable more boomers and gen x with money would rather do it themselves and spend 2x more than pay someone to have it done. I see it first hand from close family and relatives, it’s disgusting. There should be an incentive to put money into younger peoples hands so that it can stimulate the economy and keep it going unlike whatever shit show is happening now all over the country.
