    kinked my neck an hour ago doing yardwork and I did 2 reps of this and POP! Pain is gone! Weird... Thank you!

    Just subscribed a few days ago. This is so good for understanding origin of neck pain. Had an old yoga teacher many years ago that would say " imagine the tip of your nose as a red crayon and SLOWLY draw the circle" .

    Great video again. Thank you! Simply you show the best exercises for a stiff neck, including your addition 2 videos for neck. Its not just help the neck, it helps for eye training. After you fix your head posture, you start move your eye muscles to see all around, not your neck :)

    Thanks. Just subscribed. I get neck pain a lot and also would like greater range of movement side to side. Any chance of a video on that?

    Wow this is amazing description of “head circles”, it activates muscles that I never got to earlier. One question: when on third step you bend backwards after side rotation, what muscles get activated? I feel pain in that step and want to identify root cause

      Depends where the pain is when you do that - if on the side you're bending backwards to, this is joint pain and is not the root cause, it's a symptom. If on the opposite side and it's like a painful stretching sensation, it's muscular and is also likely a symptom of something else. Getting to the root cause will require addressing posture and all deep shoulder and neck muscle function. Impossible to pinpoint so do it all.       Try to modify the movement in order to stay in a pain-free range of motion.
