    As i saw many videos regarding faulty tata cars and rude behavior of dealers, i bought i20 and the experience with hyundai and i20 experience is awesome no problem faced till date. Thanks for awaring us and saved us from these type of dealers.

      I think you haven't heard of arun panwar's brother's case with Hyundai.., kaisi bhi h tata par Hyundai se better products hi banati h aur rahi baat is bhai ke issues ki to kuch kuch gaadiyon me aa jati h problems bas tata ko hi log limelight me late h .

    Thanks a lot for sharing this video,,, you saved my money,, cancelled my booking as well, not sure which vehicle I ll go for but definitely not Tata Safari or Harrier,,, I have observed this when I went for booking dealership was extremely polite,,, n when I asked them to Cancel booking it was an instant shift towards unprofessionalism,,, what should I say,,, they should be trained on customer service, quality service and most important ethics...

    I’m a TATA Altroz owner.
    Not for TATA but for staff of TATA’s is very disgusting. Customer ko leke inn logon ko koi maan ho aisa lagta hi nahi hai behaviour se. Humne khud yeh anubhav kiya hai Mehsana- Gujarat main.!!

    Apart from 5 stars..TATA cars lacks on many aspects 1)vehicle is not dynamically stable,it topple/roll on in almost all accidents even altroz which is a hatchback. 2) Gearbox vibration and cabin nvh is very bad 3) "A" pillars are very thick for safety aspects as a result more blind spot is created during turning (you may notice very high accidents in nexon and punch during turning) 4)Fit and finish is not up to the mark..like panel gaps,rubber 5)Service centres including service staffs are very bad and untrained/rude/unprofessional staff/workers are very common in tata 6)Service network needs improvement 7)After 5-6 Years whole car parts start vibrating/rattles so tata cars resale value is very bad, rattle king tata 8)TATA engines especially 3 cylinder petrol not at all reliable 9)Even TATA ka loha rust alot..so many rusting issues 9)Steering problem..10) TatTA manufacturing line process capability is very low..so many manufacturing defects.. defective cars are reaching to customers..its totally depend on customer luck..what thy will get...agar car chal ro saalo tak otherwise sirf shaam.tak 11) front door lock is very dangerous.. it can be opened in running condition also..very unsafe.. 12) Milege of tata cars are very low 13) Tata cars crumple zone is very bad engineered during accident impact it is observed in many passengers suffering from internal damages especially rib damage due to death belt as tata cars not crumple and whole impact transfer to passengers,saving cars bonnet on the cost of passenger... i I have seen many people selling their nexon (many are unable to sell as people are rejecting it)and buying xuv300,ecosport and Brezza baaki bachaa tatta harrier safari or altroz ke 2 tukde ho Gaye hai..tank hai tank hai bolne walo ko apna aukat Pata chal gaya,tukde tukde pade the raho par...lag raha hai tata ke loha mei milawat ho raha hai..ab to customer ne pareshan hoke apne tata safari ko he aag laga di 😭🤣 or lo tatta

      Warranty is provided by company not service center. And that warranty can be executed in any service centre. Therefore its not fault of a service center.

    Bhai same problem mere Aria mein thi ,battery 2 day mein hii down ho gayi aur dono headlight bulb fuse ho gaye . Iska solution kya hai main batata hoon .
    Battery ko 15 min ke liye dono terminal disonnect kar do aur phir reconnect kar do new battery ko . Showroom walo ko bolo ki ecu ko refresh kar do laptop se .
    Pora syatem reset ho jayega aur all problems OK ho jayeingi .
    Tyre aur steering noise to chod ke.

    It's clearly dealers fault for not giving this guy support he needs. Every single company face this issue when their might be a faulty car is produced. I have seen a lot of people using this car now and they don't have any complaints at all maybe because they are living in city where they are getting better service support. I am just curious have you done PDI before delivery? every car has pros and cons. Owner is too humble but that is not gonna help him solve car's issue. I suggest you drop an email to Region Head or call there.

    Bhai call zekardo and scan your car from zekardo, they have more advance software than tata.....zekardo charge only 1000rs and they will sort out the problem....

    the most serious problem in this car is the noise he is hearing in steering coloumn. If there is a an issue with rack and pinion then that is a very expensive repair.

    in sub vajah se hi maine harrier nhi li ,spcly aftr sales service . I choose hector over harrier . Now i m more happy with my choice . Bt in bhai ka solution nikalna hi padega vrna tata ka fir se vhi purana wala haal hoga ..

    Same thing happened to me.....side wall cut/ Bridgestone tyre ...new car running kilometres 4500..tata Tiago.....this is my first car.....I will definitely buy next car .hyundai or Suzuki.

    We went in order to take a test drive for Nexon. After taking test drive of nexon sales executive gave the customer feedback and review form I order to fill up. They were instantly forcing to book the nexon. But when I was talking about the TATA Service they were like not able to gave the answer and even what I noticed about the dealership was sales executives and employees were working like Sarkari job. Not even able to explain any Features of the car nothing else. I saw there is seriously lag of professionalism among the dealership and so their employees. Tata is making great products now but their after sales service is a real worry for them. We have only belief in product due to RATAN TATA sir. The guy in video is so much depressed due to pathetic dealership behavior. I'm neither maruti suzuki fan nor any other brand fan. Tata is our pride of India but it customer pays their hard earned money.

    Hi i have also tata tigor car or meri car mai bi ek dikat aa rahi hai or dikat ye hai ki jab mai meri power window uper kardeta hu uske bad ager usko press kar raha hu to samne jo head light deem ho rahi hai even not even in my car mene yeh chij altroz ,tiago,punch even Nexon mai bi dekhi hai to iska khuch solution ho to batai ae bhai service center walo ka bolna hai ki ye company design hai koi fault nai hai but ye totally show karta hai ki ye fault hai but ye log manne ko hi taiyar nai hai to aap bi check Karie apni kar mai ki same problem aa rahi hai ki nai.

    🙏भाई आपको तो बेची गयी गाडी 20 दिनो पहले पर यह गाडी यार्ड मैनूफोक्चर प्लाट आदि जगाहो पर खडी रही बने हुए भी लगभग 6 महिनो पुरानी है हुआ ये है आपके साथ आर्डर बहुत है टाटा के पास तो जल्दी जल्दी मे मैनुफेक्चर डिफेक्ट हुआ एकदम शुरु कि तो अच्छी निकलेगी जो तीसरा चौथा स्लोट होता है उसकी पेंट और भी ना जाने कितनी समस्या आती है

    Sir tata ki car meh tyre burst ka bhi issue hai.
    Mere samne ek new tata Nexon car ka tyre burst hua hai. Yeh incident gazipur chowk par hua hai. Meri gaadi ke thik peeche thi. Mujhe laga kisi ne meri gaadi thok di hai

    भाई गाडी लेते समय गाडी को चैकिंग करने वाली कम्पनी से चैक नही करवाही थी आपने वो मकेनिकल पेन्टिग आदि सब चैक करते है उसके पैसे लेते है पर आपका फायदा यह होता है कि आपके नाम तब तक नही चडी होती है गाडी शोरूम वाले दूसरी गाडी मंगवाते है अगर पहली गाडी मे दिक्कत हो तो आप इन सब लफडो से बच जाते अगर पहले चैक करने वालो से चैक करवा लेते

    It’s strange that Tata company not taking any action against the dealers. Just they looking the business. And they don’t have good after sales service so believe me coming year Tata car no one will buy because they don’t have good service and staff behavior.
    Government should make a law for this kind of issue because car buyers spending their hard earn money. And car company thinking the money coming from the home grown tree.

      baat problem ki nhi hoti......problem meri fortuner me bhi aai h hmne fortuner 2009 me li thi jo 1st batch tha aur hmari gaadi me braking ki problem thi....pr toyota ne gaadi khudse recall ki aur usko solve kia tha.... baat ye hoti h ki company uss problem ko handle kese krti h.....customer satisfaction.....jisme tata bhut pichhe h....hope you understand my point

    Manufacturer is responsible for their dealers. Are any manufacturer selling cars directly to customers in India? No, except one reputed American brand. Manufacturer has to make sure customer problems are resolved to satisfaction and should have complete control and accountability on dealers. Else no manufacturer can succeed in any industry especially in automobile industry. If people still trust cars of Maruti, Hyundai and Toyota in India, its because of good customer service. No customer has time and interest to defame any company. Due to their helpnessness all these happens.
