Cash or cheque should be strictly presented at the showroom billing counter against a proper receipt and not to any other staff or outsiders. Do not leave the billing counter until you get a valid receipt of payment.
How can such a thing happen inside the showroom without the knowledge of the staff of the showroom...every table must have been attended to by the sales representatives.
Simple. You wear a white coat in a hospital and become a doctor. No one is going to check, if you are a fraud, as long as someone literally catches you and ask for id.
