Resin 3D printing is messy indeed. You have to work with toxic materials, which needs extra caution. Here in Hungary printing services were very expensive when I firts wanted to print a mini of mine, so I rather bought a machine. You have to decide which suits your needs better. Why not just 3d print the pipes? Not only would they be a quick design they would also be a really quick print. Is it because you didn't want to deal with removing print lines?
I wanted just simple straight pipes, so it was cheaper and easier to make them from wood dowels. And it was part of the crafting side of the project. :)
