Bjr Madame l'Avocate. j'ai un problème et j'ai besoin de savoir votre avis là dessus : je suis marocain et j'étais en France depuis 2005 .J'y ai vécu. En 2007 je suis tombé malade psychique. Je suis entré à l'hôpital psychiatrique. J'ai reçu les soins. En 2013, j'ai fait la demande de titre de séjour pour soin et la sous-prefecture de Mantes la jolie m'a accordé un titre de séjour d'un an et lorsque celui-ci a expiré j'ai commencé à recevoir des recipices de 3 mois. J'ai fait la demande de MDPH qui a été acceptée. En 2016, J'étais traversé par une crise psychiatrique, suite à laquelle je suis parti au Maroc et durant la route j'ai perdu mon titre de séjour (recipice) sous l'effet de la maladie. Ça fait 3ans maintenant que je suis coincé au Maroc, je suis malade . Comment dois-je faire pour retourner en France pour poursuivre le soin là-bas?

Il avait même une carte de conduite militaire française. Mais le problème était que tous les documents avaient été perdus. Mais le reste d'une carte, la carte d'identité nationale française pour 1958 écrite de nationalité française et ne sais pas comment chercher et je suis d'Algérie. Bonjour Maître , avec tout le respect que je vous dois , et si je peux me le permettre , vous ressemblez étrangement( cheveux blonds , yeux clairs ) à un de mes anciens instituteurs du primaire Mr Giudicelli (Pierre ? je crois ?) très élégant , très sévère, ne souriant presque pas; Il ne nous frappait jamais, et en classe personne ne bronchait : c'était un très bon enseignant dont j'ai gardé un excellent souvenir ! son épouse, très élégante, du même morphotype ( blonde , yeux clairs ) était enseignante également ( Alger 1963 /1966), c'était un très beau couple, mais qui aurait fini par un divorce ?? On m'a appris qu'il n'est plus de ce monde , et s'il a fait partie de votre entourage familial, adressez-lui une Pensée ...Que DIEU ait son âme !!!

Vous devez comprendre que cette excellente avocate parle en anglais car elle s adresse à une population étrangère qui parle majoritairement en anglais ou dans le dialecte de leur pays d origine .
La lange anglaise est la plus parlée dans le monde .
Cette avocate maîtrise parfaitement la langue française et c est une grande chance pour les réfugiés et les immigrés de pouvoir consulter une personne qui parle couramment anglais.
