It really was a perfect day lol! Our cruise of Oasis of the Seas was a couple weeks ago and our CocoCay stop was on January 16. We go super lucky with the weather, considering Oasis couldn't dock the week prior due to high winds. Plus we were the only ship in port that day!

Love the slide POV! Thank you for sharing. We are going to CoCoCay in a couple of months and I noticed that the Royal Caribean website mentioned that no electronics of any kind are allowed on the slides. Did you have to get special permission to record? I'd love to be able to record the slides. Thank you!
Hi there! I saw the same website page you’re talking about, but all the lifeguards I spoke with at the waterpark said it was okay to bring a camera on the slides. Royal does still enforce the no camera rule for waterslides on their ships. You should be all good for the CocoCay! 😊

How long were the waits in the lines?
When my husband and I went the lines were way to long and when we went shopping everything was gone. The first ship took everything. Not very many shops to shop from in the first place. When our ship left the other ship was still there. We got so jipped!! We plan on going some other time not in the summer that's for sure. We were there the 1st of April 2023. We just got home. It was spring break. We will never go on spring break again.
Luckily you weren’t on the pink/purple and yellow slide with me because I sounded like a fire alarm 😂
Random question, how do you keep your glasses from coming off on these water slides? I mostly wear contacts but they always fall out at water parks.
I have a glasses strap attached to keep it safe 😊

I am reading on RC's site that electronic devices are not allowed on the slides. I am going there in March and I would like to use my camera. How did you manage to be allowed to take your camera on the slides? Thanks.
Hi there! During my visit, I asked the lifeguards at the slides and they said my camera is okay to bring on the slides. However, Royal Caribbean is still strict when it comes the waterslides on the ship itself and doesn’t allow cameras there.
I can’t believe I have been on that and it was awesome. (I am talking about DareDevils peak)

The red slide that is a really long one. The wait time was over an hour so we ended up not going on it. That's not worth it. When arrived there was another ship already there. So we didn't have any luck with lines or anything. We got jipped out!! When we had to be back on our ship the other ship was still out with lots of people off of there ship. 😢 and also not much shopping either. First come first serve. Nothing good. The other ship took everything. It was the worst!! Don't ever go on spring break. I'll never go at that time of year ever again. 😢

Cost extra money, not worth it. $150 per person to ride the water slides, INSANE
