I was going to do the leap of faith my second time going this year in October but it was closed but me and my friends had an awesome time on the challenger!
The last time we were there (we do a lot of Disney cruises ), I paid for the snorkeling experience. It was relatively inexpensive but I loved it, You get to see these wonderful fish close up. Too short tho.
I have been to Atlantis in 2011 and it's my favorite place in the world. The staff is incredibly friendly, the location on the waterfront is awesome, the theming is amazing and there's something to do for everybody. The waterpark is also my favorite in the world just because I love the slides, architecture and aquariums incorporated into them. My favorite slide is the Serpant Slide because of how you slowly go through the tank. The waterpark could use some more slides like what they have at the other Atlantis in Dubai but for what it has, it's still a place that everybody must visit at least once in their lives.

I’m actually from the Bahamas and still living there! I’ve been to Atlantis a couple of times and I’m currently staying there right now. My favorite ride is probably one of the tall rides like the Abyss or the Leap Of Faith. But honestly, I like all the rides. And the amazing cabbage beach right in the front is so amazing! And all the marine animals you can see and swim with is awesome.
My family and I love the rapid river, it’s so fun and plus, mixed with the warm water makes it a fun experience, also their is a drop off point that takes you to the abyss slide

Lol. "Top" ten is basically ALL of them. They haven't expanded Aquaventure in at least ten years. I try to visit every November, but I stay at Comfort Suites, right down the hill from the Atlantis main entrance. Guests there enjoy free access to Atlantis, plus It's cheaper, has nicer rooms and includes free breakfast (it will cost you $30/person for the breakfast buffet at Atlantis). Favorite slides: The Drop, the Surge, and the Serpent Slide. Leap of Faith is horribly overrated. The Rapids River is amazing. Unfortunately the direct conveyor from the River up to the top of the Power Tower hasn't been running in a few years. Oddly enough, the Jungle slide is the ONLY adult body slide on the property with curves; all the other body slides are straight drops. The "eleven pools" thing is a major exaggeration on Atlantis' part, since many of them are simply zero-entry spots for the Rapids River, or restricted to cabana guests, etc. If you'd like a relaxing swim, there is a lap pool over near Dolphin Cay and Atlantis' health club/gym that is open later than Aquaventure, which closes early. Food at Atlantis is horribly overpriced in general, but you can get decent deals in the water park at Shark Bites Express, Zero Entry, etc. Marina Pizzeria is relatively inexpensive, and the diner-style Burger Shack at the back of Marina Village is awesome, too.

My friend has family in the Bahamas and she has been here a few times, she told me about it and I found out that she rode Leap Of Faith not so long ago, I don't care WHAT slide I go on but I'd do it, I mean I do roller coasters all the time and don't even find it bothering to me, Waterslides are so simple like that.

I went to Aquaventure Waterpark on my recent royal Caribbean cruise and I had a blast. The leap of faith was definitely a thrilling experience/adventure. However just imagine how Leap of Faith would be if it was a trap door slide.
OMG I went on the surge with my brother thinking it was the most mildest one we could go on turns out it’s The wildest one ARE yOU KIDDING mE I Thought the drop was the scary one so we were too scared to go on it but we went on the surge someone please explain this to me
I was there! I saw The Dig and it was amazing! But I only stayed at the Bahamas for little time because I arrived there on a cruise ship. I would love to go to that water park someday. The place looks really fun!

Went to Atlantis for my honeymoon and 1 year anniversary. It was so nice there. Too bad they had to take Zeus out of the tank though. That manta ray was huge.

I did the Leap of Faith a couple of months ago when I was 10. The teenager and me in line were joking around, and he said "I want to hear you scream!" when he was about to go down. Guess what: I didn't. I'm also watching this video because I stayed at Atlantis The Royal and it was so fun.

My parents were relaxing somewhere near and when they were sleeping i did this one not knowing what it was . i was surprised with the first drop but since i was like 9 and did the leap of faith (i saw my life flashing) it was ok , it was a fun ride but i will never forget when i arrived at the end ... Nobody except the life guard was there , i though that i found some kind of of secret magic place ...
I was here a long time ago and I went to this water park. It was on a cruise to the Bahamas. I was a little short to ride the big water slides but I want to go back and ride them! They all look fun! I haven’t been to that water park in like 9 years I think.

I just went on The Abyss. I tried to chicken out because I am a massive coward when it comes to anything regarding rollercoasters or waterslides, but everyone else in the line convinced me to do it! It was fun, but also completely terrifying. Apparently I screamed so loudly going down the slide that everyone behind me laughed XD

So, our family goes here evrvy 3 years, and I can assure you, that if you go on the top tube slide on the power tower in a single tube, you will always experience the dark part whil facing backwards. We actually were there last week!

If you like water parks, you gotta make your way to Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels, TX (like 30 minutes north of San Antonio). They were voted best waterpark in North America for 24 years in a row and are the originators of a LOT of waterpark technology, including water 'coasters' (jets for uphill riding) and tons of others. They've got 3 park areas, with the oldest being almost exclusively fed by river water from the adjacent Comal River. The two newer areas are all treated water with the more extreme water rides, including those wave-powered 'lazy' rivers, multiple water coasters, a wave rider, and more. It's a great place that I'm always happy to promote!
I LOVE that you mentioned the contacts!! For most of the water splashing ones I had to keep my eyes shut too so my contacts wouldn’t come out!!! 😂 I’m glad I’m not the only one. One day maybe we’ll get lasik and get to see what we missed!! Still so worth the ride! 😅
Atlantis Resort is personally one of my favorite places I’ve ever visited! I went there when I was about 8 years old and I absolutely loved it! There were quite a lot of rude people my family encountered while we were there, but I definitely recommend people to go and check out the resort if they ever get the chance because the place is honestly so fun and beautiful! Definitely worth going with family and/or friends.
