You could compose a photo of this diorama over a photo of a real harbor and people would be hard pressed to realize the diorama isn't the real thing. What a beautiful piece of work, again!
110% underrated! From the details on the steel fabrications on the hull to the electronics to the interior designs... This is what I inspire to do as a hobbyist! On a side note I was just doing a tour of San Diego harbor in the summer, I can't tell the difference! This is amazing! Excellent work could be for commissions and official uses!
The seagulls were an especially nice touch. I have been building scale models since 1965 but nothing approaching this level of realism--I've done just enough to appreciate the results shown in this video. Better still, I served aboard a warship, USS Tripoli/LPH-10 for eight months--the level of detail going into the docks and two ships is impressive. Thank you for sharing your work.
Simply superb from the modeling to the detailing and the weathering. The lighting and the diorama's presentation add all the more and put everything into context. I cringe every time I think of placing each of the tiny etched-metal parts but the end results pay off handsomely!
They have not. At least not for Independence class. They are now repurposed as stealthy drone deployment platforms, and can perform minewarfare, ASW warfare and anti-drone warfare, while having basic self defense capabilities and good stealth charastics
@@maxlin3442 for one the ships Are literally ripping apart because aluminum is not a great aspect with catamaran design(also the ship are order to limit speeds to 15 knots and not sail in sea condition 5 because of this). Two the the ship are not readily modular and nor is time or cost efficient and the model are that really efficient in modern combat. And Three the ships lack any ability to take a hit and have poor defensive fire for the fleet. And the cost of the maintenance is stupid expensive for ship that lack combat capabilities and cost as much to maintain as a destroyer
Another award winning diorama, I like both class of LCS classes, again great. Will you ever build a underway replenishment diorama? Take care, and all the best.
Are those seagulls really 1:350? They're an amazing touch, but they look as big as swans alongside the human figures. Maybe it's just me. I can certainly appreciate that they might be at the bleeding edge of what's possible to print/otherwise produce at all, lol. The diorama is just superb either way.
You truly are an amazing model maker. I am traditionally not a fan of the Littoral Combat ships appearance . They are too modern for me. Your models of them , however, look great. The 3d printed pier … incredible. Your models in person must be out of this world. Keep it up , love the videos.
Superb! I'm usually not a fan of modern warship models, because they look so boring. But mooring two of them at a busy dock the way you did, well, mind...blown. This ranks up there with your Missouri and the F/A-18e Super Hornet on deck dioramas. Really excellent work!

Probably studied photos of the harbor and individual ships to get this level of detail.
The Seagulls!!! such a great touch. :) The lights really bring this to life. Fantastic work as usual.
I am beyond amazed! This is a whole new level of detail and expertise! Bravo!!

still an inspiration since the Missouri diorama. the thumbnail is very high in quality. Very nice.

Beautiful work as always. I'd love to see you do more harbor scenes.
One of your best dioramas yet, i showed my wife the picture at 20:30 and she thought it was a photo of the real ships, so well done 👍

@@maxlin3442 unfortunately the independence class as a heap of its problems and are currently like the freedom non-modular or it take a long refit

most thank you the Model Maker sharing 🎉🎉🎉
Amazing! bravo!
Superb work!
Magnifico trabajo compañero 👏👏👏👏👏🎩👌
Amazing work. All you need is the rodent shields on the mooring lines.
Gorgeous! What do you do with these afterwards?
역시 대단하십니다,기다리던 영상물입니다
Nice work, great detail for 1/350 scale. I haven't seen an LCS in real life, they didn't exist when I was home ported in San Diego.
Hello friend, I really like your perfect work, attention to detail, I subscribed quickly, I congratulate you, good work.
Absolute Class
That was GREAT!!!
Very beautiful
Perfect!.... No more to say 👍

How very amazing!
Splendid!
Very nice work!!!
와... 이건 진짜 재능의 영역이다..
Impresed! Perhaps add ship name on the brow and quarterdeck using pop up tent.
