    So essentially this fool of an expert feels that it's not good to criticize a brand when they are getting 80K a month scooters for problems and lying in service yards. Which country are we living in, India or China. I had high hopes with Ola, I still do but Bhavish attitude is definitely a roadblock when he takes a genuine criticism with cynicism.

      Seriously I had a bad experience with Micromax and Intex service centre what is the reason I should not go after the companies make faulty things and think customer should not care about that currently ola company just want to build a business Empire which is leading lots of problem with their own product

      It's not just ola all the companies are making people suffer after buying a product while I had a good experience with Lava service centre but the software is still bad most company have really bad customer service I remember when I gone to Micromax service centre my phone got little problem which took them three month not able to fix and after that they even stole the battery then the criticize us for living battery with them 😅

    The panelist only sees the pain of Ola but it's customers. Mr. Ghare is totally biased. We paid so much but got only a substandard product. We ask Ola about the issues but they do not respond. At least, Ola CEO responded to Kunal Kamra and now we know what their real motive is. Ola doesn't respond to its customer... my own Ola s1 air is facing issues from day 1 of purchase... now it is in service centre for three weeks without any repair.
