I want to rearrange my bookmarks by dragging and dropping like I did before Mozilla "fixed" things, you know like how they decided for us that it was a good idea to double space all of the bookmarks thereby taking away half of all the bookmarks we had. Once upon a time, I had probably 150 bookmarks but they took that away from us too. Thanks, Mozilla. Is there any way to do the drag and drop method or do I have to jump through Mozilla's half dozen or so hoops, add folders that I can't find afterward and a whole bunch of other time-wasting crap. Are there people who get paid to make like more miserable for folks like me?
Yes you can, if you have the bookmark bar showing, you can click and hold the padlock on to the left of the website name. This will allow you to drag down to the bookmark bar. You can also click and hold a bookmark to drag and organize.
i synced with another computer that has a ton of bookmarks that i want to get rid of, i cannot find out how to delete all of the bookmarks at once, i don't want to spend all day doing it.
O.k but can you double your bookmark toolbar. So instead of seeing one line and then go to the drop down menu on the right, have a double up bookmark bar if that makes any sense.
If you have a bookmark bar (menu bar) in the upper left corner, do not delete bookmark there at all, its deletes another bookmark that is not selected. be sure to move the bookmark in a folder and then delete it

The best way to access your browsing data on any device is going to be logging into your email on the browser on whatever devices you use and allowing the data to sync. I use a Mac-mini (no Windows, no Chrome) a wired mouse without left and right. All I want to know is how to create a bookmark folder. in firefox. I have about 100 items in bookmarks, but no folders. Folders would be wonderful.
Folders can definitely make a huge difference. If you dont have the ability to right click then you can try your keyboard shortcuts. With Firefox open, on your keyboard select "CTRL+SHIFT+B" in that order without the quotes. This will pop up a window with all your bookmarks. Towards the top select the drop down menu that says "Organize" This will give you the option to add a New Folder. If you're not getting the same thing going through these steps, verify your browser is up to date and try again. Good luck!

It appears you are unable to make a dual bookmark bar, we did some additional testing in Firefox and it will just end up in folders.

That is odd, I just tried it and it only removed the bookmark that I requested to delete.

I typically will rename it when I add a new one.
