Inflicted and distinct pain in the skull area can be interesting in clinch situations of fighting. Why? Because most people move away from the painful stimulus; and 'where the head goes the body will follow' (I believe Anderson Silva said that). Pain in any other location can of course be of significance too.
The mental /alveolar branch of the trigeminal nerve passes through the mandibular foramen, which in a calm situation is easy to palpate and thus locate (try on yourself), and by only slight pressure can inflict some pain. If you are decisive, a brisk pressure on this spot will surprise the opponent by the sudden pain level - the mere location of sharp pain is uncommon to most and adds to the sensation.
the tree second knockout was because of a concussion not some pressure point.
Good video. One correction: that is not stomach 5, so the title is misleading. That is mental nerve. At the end the person states that he will get to stomach 5 in the next video.

Looks bogus with the jerk tap dizziness. The "blow" is part of a not so common but readily recognised - and perfectly tolerated - neurological examination of the trigeminal nerve function: jaw jerk or masseter reflex.
Use caution with that technique. I tried it on a friend and he soiled himself (serious).
