Just passed after my third attempt, you helped me understand and retain more than I thought I could. Thanks for everything and I'm recommending you too anyone going through any EMT classes you're truly awesome. Thanks!
Did you pay for the video vault? I have one more try to pass and I'm really nervous. I'm thinking of paying for the video vault but not sure if it's actually helpful.
You are by far the best resource to learn. Straight to the point. You are severely underrated! I passed my NREMT about 6 months ago and it was largely thanks to your work. Thank you!
I’m a volunteer firefighter and my department is about to send me to EMT school. I’m so excited, I’ve been watching these kinds of videos for YEARS, as well as getting practice in the field running rescue/medical calls. Definitely going to be buying your video vault soon 🎉
Got this right! I am considering entering this field as a childbirth educator and aspiring midwife. I’m hoping to contribute positively to both EMS and midwifery 🙂
I ruled out D as PP does not typically have pain with it, and A as there were no signs described (cervical dilation, broke water) that would suggest an imminent pregnancy. I vacillated for a while between B and C till I remembered that "wait a minute, she's 27 weeks pregnant, if it was ectopic she'd be effin D-E-D dead!" Credit to my awesome instructor for encouraging continued engagement in the class and materials, and to the Captain on my last ride along for her excellent discussion with me on obstetrics! And thanks to you for teaching me a lesson about thinking through the question and each answer even if you don't catch a giveaway, and for the quick lesson on Abruptio!
Taking my test tomorrow, I struggle with some of the words on the test. I go fast too, so im going to take my time and read it well and understand it. I been watching your videos and helping me understand it more. thank you.
Go for it. Ask questions of your preceptors when you're out on the trucks. I like it when students ask question. Those are the ones who tend to do well. Don't think your peceptor will condemn you for not knowing what you're doing, you're learning and that's why you're there. Good luck!!
I would go w B because you mentioned the drug use, blood, and abdominal pain, and those are all directly related to abrubtio placentae. Hey wait a second I guess the nremt Excelerator is paying off after all.😂👍🏽 Test is next week wish me luck peeps.
Ha when my oldest was born we lived in a small town/farming community. They asked me if they could bring a paramedics class to observe the birth since they are likely to have to deliver a baby often (hospital serves 3 farming towns and is in WI) She got stuck coming out and he had to rip her out. 10 paramedic student learned what to do if a baby gets stuck and c-section is not an option.
I knew it the moment you broke the question down. The only problem is that I can't picture myself in emergency situations. Otherwise, I read into the questions.
As someone about to take the NREMT- Im thinking Abruptio placenta. As no real signs of imminent labor given, Ecoptic wouldve happened way earlier in the pregnancy.. and Placenta previa would have a lot of bleeding.. lets see if I’m right😂
I'd say D or B because she appears to be having Abdominal pain but not knowing her pain scale is throwing me for a loop. But it also sounds like a ruptured placenta.
Not ectopic, shes too far along. Probably not previa because there wouldnt be spotting if the placenta covers the exit. Spotting probably isn't enough blood for an abruption? So labor?

Breannon, congrats to you and your family on this accomplishment!
B) Abruptio Placentae. Thank you I got it right.

B - Pain is associated with abruptio placentae
Just passed the nremt yesterday this was the last video I watched before I went in, thank you!
I ruled out D as PP does not typically have pain with it, and A as there were no signs described (cervical dilation, broke water) that would suggest an imminent pregnancy. I vacillated for a while between B and C till I remembered that "wait a minute, she's 27 weeks pregnant, if it was ectopic she'd be effin D-E-D dead!"

Excellent Excellent video! I always struggled to remember those. You made it so much easier! Love your content keep it up!
Glad to help!
Watched these videos when i first took my NREMT, and now im about to re-cert in a few days! Lets see how it goes!😅
Slightly different question but this was definitely on my NREMT
Just purchased his program giving myself two solid months of studying before take two of NREMT will let you guys know how it goes
Welcome Aboard!
Donyou have any promos/discounts for the video vault?

Would we give ringers solution to help with the possibility of hypovolemic shock ?
I’m going with B. Final answer!
Takin the nremt tomorrow nervous wish me luck
Thanks Coach! Next chapter in EMT class is Gynecologic emergencies 👌
Really love these videos! Thank you so much!
Glad you like them!
I got it!
Thanks Evan!
Nice work!
I love this guy 🤘
First btw!
Let's go!
Quick question, Should I get my associates in Paramedicine or Get the license for it and an associates in something else?
My answer is B. Because there is pain it can’t be previa. Labor would have contractions I’d think. And ectopic if first trimester
Very nice refresher.
Thanks a lot!
Nice Job !
Thanks!
I knew it the moment you broke the question down. The only problem is that I can't picture myself in emergency situations. Otherwise, I read into the questions.
My EMT officer told me that if it is pain later in the pregnancy, it’s abruptio placenta if there’s no pain is placenta previa
Abruptio Placentae
B.) Abruptio Placentae
Amazing video!!!
Thank you!!
Finders keepers with the bag
Imminent labour
Or Abruptio ?
C. ectopic pregnancy or D.???

Answer is placenta prevera
Good stuff
Abrutio placenta
C? 1:14
Ima go with B, cocaine increases risk of abruption, NREMT wouldn't have said it on the question if it wasn't important. Also the pain makes sense
Nursing student here, not EMT, but I’m guessing B.
Abrupito palcetae
Abruptia placenta
note to self: remember the weeks of each trimester
Placenta Previa
Placenta previa
First Trimester (0 to 13 Weeks)
Second Trimester (14 to 26 Weeks)
Third Trimester (27 to 40 Weeks)......?

Damn, I was wrong.
It's OK, that's why you are here to learn!
Ectopic Pregnancy
abruptio
D, It’s not c and with placenta previa you will have abdominal pain and heavy vaginal bleeding. Only thing I don’t get is cocaine.
Placenta privia
C. Ectopic pregnancy
That happens at the very beginning when the fertilizer egg gets stuck in fallopian tube. If untreated it can cause severe internal bleeding.
