The anime/manga has confirmed orihime has godly powers but she couldn't reject the fate of the soul king. Because his existence in Bleach TYBW resists Orihime's Causality manipulation, thereby rendering her powers useless to him.

Subs are wrong but mostly the Unohana part, she says Farewell to Ukitake not Hello and many parts were wrong eg the chant was to open your eyes Mimihagi by forsaking my organs instead of use your powers but anyway. Love that when Kyouraku undid Aizens mouth, the seals of Left eye and ankles were also undid, and when Aizen said you have 2 more keys to use right, Kyouraku used the keys on Left eye and ankles😂😂 Also people would say its Kyokasuigetsu which just makes situation more complicated and raise question like when did he switch etc, so no its Aizen himself and someone who doesnt know how his seals were undone, can read SAFWY novel

I love how Aizen was also part of the blueprint that lead Gege into creating Gojo, from his spiritual pressure and Infinity, his hateful screaming towards Urahara and Gojo demanding who Pseudo-Geto really is, both being too powerful to kill so they could only be contained by the Prison Realm and *Chair-sama*

Aizen wanted to kill the soul king and rule as a real god, like yuha is doing right now, and not like a Lifeless body in a Crystal like the soul king, aizen even called the soul king a thing, aizen says the throne in the heavens is empty and he will sit on that throne and rule as a true god.
He more so wanted to rule the soul society than destroy it. His main gripe wasn’t with the soul society itself it was with the soul king and the soul society stood in his way. Aizen couldn’t accept bowing to “that thing” which was meant to be worshipped as a god despite his state. He wanted to kill the soul king to replace him.

I think it's only for us as in a previous reaction the subs were also wonky, but they read out a line that was from the proper translation.
