looks and sounds good, the sound reminds me of the old ''super trap'' mufflers that had removable discs so you could change the sound and slightly tune power bands of the four stroke dirtbikes I used to ride in the early 90's! brings back memories of good times! I used to ride dirtbikes everyday after school no matter what, even out ran the cops twice haha!

Looks like you are in a quest for a perfect sound on a single cylinder bike. Maybe the sound you are looking for are on other engine platform. My single makes my ears bleed, had an option to buy a pipe from Akra; but the sound isn't any better for its price point. Already accepted the fact that single sounds crappy on low to mid rev range. ü
8:58 That's the easiest and surefire way to mess up your valves. How do I know? Been there, done it. Trust me, you don't wanna do it again😁lol.... I did that on my dirtbike, still dumb move but it was a single engine and kinda thrashed so not too expensive to fix it. Yours probably gonna cost you a pretty penny to replace those valves. A good and knowledgeable mechanic would have warned you against doing something like this."Curiosity killed the cat" applies here.😁lol
Possibly. Here's one trick I do in my 30 yrs+ of riding. Keep an old bike or 2 in your possession (might be a tad expensive to do so)When you want to experiment on something, do it on that old bike. When I was trying to learn to wheelie, I bought a used 500cc bike and learned from it. I can't even remember how many times I dropped that bike and by the time I can do some pretty decent wheelies, that poor bike has seen better days but saved my ZX-7 in the process. ZX-7's tank is fat and much harder to wheelie on those puppies. One hour of riding and my family jewel hurts like hell and I'm ready for the opera :)lol

I'm not saying it's on the level of the branded bikes but it's less than half the price. every mechanic that opens the engine up is amazed at the build quality.

Honestly.. a couple reasons. one the Rusi fits me better, it's a bigger bike. also I think the Rusi is a higher quality build. but then again it does cost a lot more. The motorstar is nice, I think with a few small upgrades it could be a great bike.

it's really quiet compared to before. the camera auto adjusts the sound that's why you can't tell on here.

It was done when my bike was away. They welded in brackets to mount them. Sorry I don't have a video showing that part.

Rusi doesn't make bikes they buy from other companies. the Loncin made ones like mine are pretty solid. just make sure to get a 2017+
